Yeah, I tried to make it as easy as possible. Glad that worked. Let me know if it if you have any questions or something doesn’t look right on it. Data entered won’t populate for 10 to 15 minutes because the data warehouse only updates every 10 to 15 minutes so you won’t see the changes immediately in the app.
Hey Malissa, I wanted to ask if you could make a list for me. I'm not sure of the significance of some of the fields that are in the app and I was curious if you could tell me the fields that always get used while updating prices. I was going to alter it so the "execute" button is not able to be clicked until those fields are filled out.

Case Type Effective Date/Time New Billable Rate
Commission & Points would definitely be David Kessler. Call Time.... i'm not sure.
hi @Brian Hirst. There's some weirdness going on with the TIP app in the Case Type Pricing section. Here's the error i'm getting.
I believe it is fixed. Try again and report back. I deleted some redundant fields and it broke it.
Try with modified date and call time minute rate filled out
i've tried it factoring in the cost of commission, without commission, different date, played with the minute rate for giggles.
