Here is a little about the Creative Team/Process

Chris Stevens heads up the Creative Team. He approves videos before we send them to Cameron.

I have worked with Shield-Legal as the Digital Content Producer[DCP] for about two years officially. Chris hired me to write scripts and hire the talent for the various videos I will take the requests from Cameron, and any of the media buyers. Write the script off the brief request. I then send it to Cameron for approval. Once approved, I hire talent. They submit their video and I send it to Dave.

Timeline for NORMAL video requests: Script request use form link below to submit --- script written and submitted back for approval (avg. 24 hours or less)

Script approval --- depends on Cameron. I will tag him and follow-up if I notice the approval is taking longer than normal. He approves all video requests from media buyers.

Once approved ---I hire the talent 3-5 days will typically be a normal hire time

Review the talent video ---- if no revisions are needed I send it to Dave and he can whip it around in 24-72 hours.

RUSH REQUESTS: Script request --- script written and submitted back for approval (same day)

Script approval --- same day

Once approved --- hire the talent 24-48 hours [talent will apply rush fees for most everything under 72 hours. Every once in a while I will get lucky and find someone who won't charge a rush fee.]

Review the talent video ---- if no revisions are needed I send it to Dave and he can whip it around same day.

On average we get Rush videos in a total of 72 hours or less total time.

Dave: I believe he has been with Shield-Legal editing about as long as I have? Dave handles all the editing for the SL team. He is NOT the editor for the TikTok Creative Channel. He provides the TikTok videos you can upload in addition to the TikTok Creatives.

TIKTOK CREATIVE CHANNEL (TTCC) I handle the TikTok Creative Channel Briefs. Cameron will usually task out topics for me to post that week. However, if you need something posted - just reach out. I am happy to add what you feel you need that week.

• Just make sure I am on the TTCC account number for the brief you need or I can't post it. • Approval for brief averages 2-5 days. (TikTok handles this) • Creatives take about 7 days to start posting videos for those topics. (TikTok handles this) • Then we review those videos when they are deposited into the management account. You can then use the ones you like best or also request revisions. • Track and save links to the ones that are most successful and we will create ones with similar concept for you to post on other platforms. If you want TikTok videos quicker than what the TTCC can do - or while waiting for them to provide videos - you can ask us and we can make you one that you can upload while waiting.

Otherwise you will have an error. haha! I can fill out this form on your behalf if you give me the information. It just saves a lot of the back and forth with clarifying questions when you fill it out. If you don't mind questions - I don't mind doing the form. That said, the form gives you an idea on what information is most helpful as we create for you. We do a lot of spokesperson videos... but if you want to get creative beyond that classic style and graphics - feel free to ask. We can lean into new concept requests!
