@Altonese Neely @Brian Thiessen can you please connect with @Kelly to get him some financial back up from payment? He is working on a loan and needs some items. Thank you

I'm applying for a new apartment and they need to see my last 2 most recent paystubs.

I tried to use screenshots of direct deposits in my checking account ledger (which usually works in situations like this), but here was their reply:

"Thank you! As proof of income, we would need to see your last two full pay stubs. There should be an option to print or download the full document displaying your name, pay period, pay rate and tax deductions. If you are having difficulty obtaining this, I recommend reaching out with your employer. This should be available upon request." Is there any way you send me my last two formal pay stubs as soon as is possible? (I'm under a time crunch.)

I really do appreciate all three of you!

@Kelly Please let me know if this helps. @Brian Thiessen please let me know if you can think of a better way to get these numbers out, seeing that we don't actually have paystubs for our 1099 vendors

@Altonese Neely Thank you so very much! I really do appreciate you. I'll send this in and keep my fingers crossed.

@Kelly ๐Ÿคž:skintone5:fingers crossed here too. But keep me posted on what they say and I'll try to see if there is something else I can pull or create.

Hey @Altonese Neely , I'm sorry to bother you again. They keep asking for the last two payment stubs. I have no idea why what you sent before won't work. But it's driving me crazy.

"Here's what they're saying again: Thank you! As proof of income, we would need to see your last two full pay stubs. There should be an option to print or download the full document displaying your name, pay period, pay rate and tax deductions."

Maybe if you could create 2 separate documents that have each of the 4 items they request above - name, pay period, pay rate, and tax deductions.

If that doesn't satisfy them, I'm just going to stop dealing with them. This is ridiculous.

Thank you again for your help.

@Kelly this is becuaee you are 1099, not w2 employee, so there wonโ€™t be any deductions. We can show you an entire year history if it is helpful.

But there is not any โ€œpayroll checkโ€ so to speakโ€ฆ

I just think if we could create 2 separate docs with that until on it, instead of putting the info on 1 single page like the last time, they might accept that.

The doc @Altonese Neely made the first time was good, I just think they want to see it on 2 separate docs.

I'm sorry this is so much trouble guys.

Hi Kelly, because you are a independent contractor there are no deductions for us to show. Typically for independent contractors trying to get loans you would have to show your income tax forms, w9, 1099โ€™s

@Kelly I'm not sure if this will help but it states that you are a 1099 in our system...the only thing that might through them off is that it says the "payment method" is check. Our system doesn't allow us to choose to put the method as ACH

Hey @Altonese Neely. They emailed you this morning about an hour ago, but they called me Jade (which is a weird mistake to make. I gave them consent for you to verify, plus I sent you the docs you prepared for me and sent this morning.

On that day, I met with Cam for the first time after my interviews, met with Mark to discuss our work process, and attended my first staff-wide meeting. That was also the start of a week of on-boarding.
