Good Morning @deleted-U04HFGHL4RW and @deleted-U04R23BEW3V. I'm trying to get an accurate idea of how much HRSC/Marsh has left on their Mormon Abuse campaign that we can move to another one. Hillary @ HRSC said that she sent you some returns but it doesn't look like they have been handled. Do you have any updates there?

Correct. We receive emails that look like this but do not receive requests for replacements from them

No we haven't changed status on those. They do not provide reason for the drop letter or request credit.

ok @deleted-U04R23BEW3V i just went through the folder and renamed things with whatever action i saw taken. so some are signed and declined, replacement approved, etc. The ones blank are still showing as e-sign final.

So for the newer ones marked signed & declined, did we get something more than the letter with those? I'm just learning. 🙂 please forgive dumb questions
