@Luke Fontaine There is these two lead #s that are test leads but the statuses are coming up as billable statuses still, I noticed this while doing the monday reports this morning: 471577 and 419839
@Luke Fontaine I have 4 lead #'s that have changed statuses from billed to non-billed and it now doesn't match the billable leads all time dashboard, I noticed this while doing reports for cameron. 398827,443967,447496, & 470680.

@Luke Fontaine Hi the following lead #'s need to be removed from the Billiable leads all time dashboard because these are now Signed-Declined status: 456969,473190,47343. And the following leads need to be added into the billiable leads all time dashboard because these are Signed e-Sign-Billiable Declined by firm status: 353710, 348414,348059,347500.

This lead was changed from Signed e-Sign QA to Signed e-sign then it was changed to Sent e-Sign then the system changed to Sent e-sign-Unsigned then it was changed back to Sent e-sign by the agent then the system changed it back to Sent e-sign-Unsigned then the agent changed it back to Signed e-Signed QA, so because of all the changes, it is no longer in the billable dashboard so it needs to be put back into the dashboard
@Luke Fontaine what dates am i using to rerun these reports, am I using the dates that I used on Monday ?

Hi Luke, hopefully you have a good weekend, this is no rush, I was doing the soft pull on the flatirons today and found one that just needs to be taking out of the billable dashboard because it went from signed e-sign flagged to signed and declined today. Lead# 499547- CPAP-DL-Flatirons-shield legal. I would have had to you sooner today but I was training our new employee in our department on how we do the flatirons so it took me a little bit longer than usual for the friday soft pull check.
Hey Luke, sorry I forgot to put in the notes on the google sheet to fully remove this lead # 455067, because the contract hasn't been signed yet. sorry about that
No worries, I updated the status that should remove them from all financial dashboards
unfortunately it is now showing up in the billable dashboard as Contacted Attempted 2, and this shouldn't be in the billable leads all time.

@Luke Fontaine hey sorry to bug you but there is a lead # that wasn't put into the emailed google spreadsheet that you get from us last week. that needs to be added to billable dashboard. Lead# 486563, this is for personal injury-ACTS-SIL-ACTS and the current status in LR is case Review-phone transfer. Brian Thiessen was asking me about the pivot table and I told him I would message you to add this so that he can invoice for acts. Actually it is in there but the e-signed date needs to be changed back to April 23,2024 Thank you very much

@Luke Fontaine the LR# 529709, i saw just changed the status for the billable dashboard, it needs to be removed completely please from the billable dashboard , it is not in a billable status yet
@deleted-U06N28XTLE7 I'm aware. Although I appreciate how quickly you are to maintain the billable dashboard, the items I work on in the background can take multiple steps to finish. If you look back at the billable dashboard you'll see that lead is no longer there due to the fix I had to make within the software.

@deleted-U06N28XTLE7 can you check in on this lead, there's a note that it should be dicello salon hair relaxer but that campaigns been closed for a while, if you can confirm if it's that or flatirons dicello 556188
so this should be in the TIP dashboard billable side for the following case type : Salon Professional Bladder Cancer - Dicello - Shield Legal , and this is not a hair relaxer case type.
This came through our system under this case type of Salon Professional Bladder Cancer - Dicello - Shield Legal , and it still shows on our end that this case type is still open but if it is supposed to be closed then we will need to hear that from Cameron

Those both actually came through today as a retrigger, but they've been removed. Can you add test leads to the automation to be notified when they're submitted
