Desiree is asking: There are 9 questions under General Case Questions that are the same as the Form Field questions. If the duplication is necessary, that's fine, but if not, why not remove the redundancy to shorten the form?
Additionally, on the website form, will a person still have to input the name of the water supplier, or will that question only appear if they talk to a TIP agent?
They are both necessary, the form fields capture what was filled out on the website and the intake form captures what was said to the intake agent. They should have the same responses but occasionally they can change if the client misclicked or for whatever reason.
