Hey all, checking to make sure that we are aligned on creating new statuses in Law Ruler. This cannot happen without first syncing with me, @Malissa, @deleted-U04HFGHL4RW, Brittany and James Turner to make sure that all impacted areas are covered prior to usage. A status called 'Closed' was created that caused problems with daily financials and roll-ups. This also draws unnecessary negative attention from Marc and Cameron.
@deleted-U05EFH3S2TA and @deleted-U07097NJDA7 please acknowledge that you understand and will make sure this happens whether it is yourselves or your teams that may find a need for a new status.
To ensure alignment, can we create a list of the current Law Ruler status categories, along with definitions and guidance on their appropriate case usage?

To answer your question, yes, I believe that James has this mapped out already following his shadowing with every department a few months ago.

I am now hearing @deleted-U05EFH3S2TA and @deleted-U04HFGHL4RW that the there are bigger problems with secondary interviews in Law Ruler which is getting exposed during the buildout of new financials and general reconciliation. An invite will be out shortly from Edward or I to talk through all of this with you (and include your Supervisors if you see fit). We'll go through statuses individually to align on what is billable, commissionable, and when each may have been changed both in how they are used and if they changed to be billable/commissionable respectively.
