Hi @Nick Ward @deleted-U04HFGHL4RW. We've got a little stuck with two CA Juvenile Hall leads/e-signs. They both were triggered as Final and went to the firm but were then put back in QA. Since then there seems to be no movement. They are: Normalisia Sandoval - 563488 Loren Lopez - 586193

Can you help us get these unstuck?

Contracts needed to be resigned after PD had already reviewed the cases, approved, then balked. If there is an integration @Dustin Surwill, please check to see if the most recent contacts were sent on these. We may need to just push to the client via email in the short term.

No, PD approved these improperly, so they had to resend contracts to get resigned. So we have new docs that were received after the case went final and docs were shared with the client.
