@Mike I think you are missing the intent here. @Parsa Khademi needs some help. @Ryan can you and @Mike give guidance some insight into 1) how to access and set up zapier, 2) how to request the form integrations. We need to get him running on tik tok
@Parsa Khademi I am also going to suggest starting by using "single question" forms with high intent videos with the CTA/Hook describing what qualifies as a potential case. I will get you these questions shortly for Hair Relaxer, AFFF, Lejeune, Ozempic (set up and request account for this)

@Parsa Khademi for your tik tok accounts this will make it easy set up. Start with these as your questions (preferred YES) . After you get these up and running then use same creatives and test with longer forms.
Hair Relaxer: Did you use frequently use chemical-based hair straightening products and develop uterine or ovarian cancer after 2014? (yes, preferred)
Camp Lejeune: Did you live on the Camp Lejeune base in North Carolina between 1953-1988 and drank, cooked, bathed with contaminated water? (yes, preferred)
CPAP: Did you use a recalled Phillips® brand CPAP device and develop lung damage, disease or cancer? (yes,preferred)
Ozempic: Did you use Ozempic® or Wegovy® for weight loss and develop gastroparesis, stomach paralysis, or intestinal/bowel blockage? (yes, preferred)

@Cameron Rentch, how do MB's communicate with Jake at TT to get Ad Accounts and CRM Events setup for a new Case Type?
Should we ask Jake to setup a Lark Channel for MB's to do this all in their TT preferred chat tool?

Hey guys, quick recap on my call with Mike:
• There seems to be a disconnect somewhere between Zapier and my 3 ad accounts - I logged in through my TikTok account to give API access but shield accounts wouldn’t display despite me being admin on both the BC and my ad accounts
• There was an option to select Michael’s Mc’s (MM’s) ad accounts on an alternative selection field on my Zapier Account through a shared Zapier group account, maybe we can set something similar up for mine to make it work?
@Parsa Khademi Ryan will get you access to Shield Zapier account.
@Cameron Rentch we already set him up a zapier account and tried to get as far as we could, but there's a disconnect somewhere, and I'm not familiar with or comfortable clicking random things in ad manager.. I suggested we have a call with Ryan and maybe one of the media buyers who setup their own accounts
Parsa was also mobile so it was difficult to share screens

Good morning Mike, I thought this was already set up through Zapier? On TikTok, it says the CRM is connected through Zapier @Mike Only hair relaxer is running at the moment, please let me know if this is good to go and I will continue with other offers today
@Parsa Khademi Zapier and the tiktok crm events are two separate things. I need the tt account id, access token, and event id from your tt ad manager, under tools -> events -> crm event
