FYI - looks like we are going to start splitting everything by Vegas / Arizona-

This is the first I'm hearing of it affecting payroll, operations, ect.. letting you know because it has the potential to cause a lot of issues downstream if things start changing without everyone in the loop.

I brought this up to you, Edward and Ryan on the 15th, but aside from the acknowledgement, there was no action items communicated until yesterday. I imagine there was a reason for that (good or otherwise).

⬆️ if more info is needed from Ryan or Tony, please set a meeting for today and we can clear it all up to avoid further headaches for you @James Turner. i.e. I'm wondering there are any other considerations like PD/QA or auditor/IC concerns. My current understanding is that the split is only for signed retainers and cost/revenue application, but there could be more.
