Im not done I have to standardize a bunch to clean up and define but "types" of abuse is complete. This is only for DL chow..... if ACTs was involved they used an entirely different template and im not sure that data is in LR...usually they'll upload under docs but not input. but here's a starting gauge.
can you guys look into if Darrells name is on anything integration or automation wise to reflect a new sign or new client etc
I do know when I ask Richard or Daniel to add a new client into Litify, they are currently using "Darrel's" saleforce account therefore when the lead is "Created" it will say Darrells name. I am not sure if it is the same for an integration automation
Okay -- is there a way or is it going to be swapped over to somebody employed?
But Dicello if they talked to Richard / Daniel, I believe they know they are sharing a license and I think Dicello is paying for that license so they may need to update it from their end
But as long as they know we are updating it may not matter? lol (in my opinion)
yeah i was asked why a new file was opened by darrell yesterday and was able to connect it. its fine just lopping you guys in
Thank you @deleted-U06F9N9PB2A for checking ! Yeah I wondered the same thing when I first saw that too. They still have the account registered by Darrell name but he doesn't have access to it. So pretty much Richard and Daniel are sharing same account so maybe we can ask them to name it Danchard ? π¬ lol
q clarification since I wasn't present for dialogue....
and a real life answer for number of incidents of abuse - "Abuser 1: 5 to 7 times. Abuser 2: 2 times Abuser 3: can't recall. Abuser 4: can't recall" mind boggling. insanity.
So I would say your thought process on this is exact on. The only one that I probably will have to leave out for now or get more clarity on is the "facts regarding the abuse" since I think he mentioned specific things that would separate this case from others or make it special is how I am preserving it.
Mondays I do reporting for Flatirons so I will be getting started with this on Tuesday so if you need more time such as Monday that works too. I feel like it will take me a few days to create since I am going to shoot for creating it as a Looker Enterprise (Google Dashboard) that way it is scalable
Well actually for Facts regarding the abuse I am thinking this should just be what happened during the abuse. So I guess this would simply be a written response in a sentence or two etc & for him to read and review. That is what I would go with including if you find something special about the case that makes it different than others
Letβs hold off on facts of abuse to refine until clarification. I have never interacted a lot with him which aids in the gray area for me because the rest of the firms I know their lit strategies, read their docket complaints etc. acts was completely siloed to those who only did acts (Alison Ralecia) but they only interacted with them on a formal level. I will standardize it to cut it down or highlight unique circumstances. Iβm going to flag βstrong casesβ that can correlate into that category. Iβll be done tonight I think. Iβll leave a legend for the damages because I basically translated it into clinical billing codes we would use in tx. Can I add coder on my linked in now @Nicholas McFadden ? Edward while your building the dash will you take a few screen shot images for visual purposes so I can improve my process in the future based on the end goal :)
Yes that works with me π Once you finish your part I am going to put it into a SQL table and then connect it directly to a dashboard and then create the visuals. I may need to do a few coding things to it but ideally that is how I would like to do it. Also I can send you those screenshots when I add those things in there for sure π
consider first tab "flagged" the most interesting/strong cases for a variety of reasons im happy to explain but not type =]
Good morning @deleted-U06F9N9PB2A Wow I am looking at this file and I am impressed !! How you broken it down will make it very easy for @Nicholas McFadden and I to make into a pivot table and/or a dashboard for sure. Thank you for working hard to this for us !!
Also, since I am not as familiar with these questions as you are but I do know majority of them are one for one matches except for a few, Abe had posted a response to this in Jira and I wanted to get your thoughts on that and see what response we should mention back? Because essentially the main reason why we had to manipulate the data is because he didn't select (Doug) exact questions of ours but instead he picked questions that he wanted where we didn't ask it in that specific way including multiple of his questions are part of one question and requires a manual review. Also the only way to not "manipulate" the data so much would be to include questions that are worded exactly how doug is wanting for his dashboard / pivot table. That is my thoughts on how we can respond back to it. Abe probably doesn't realize that and dashboard in general needs to be manipulated to make it look good visually as well
So I think if we can respond back to Abe similar to this or if you have something better we can say that instead. @deleted-U06F9N9PB2A
I think he is on one today. Would like to get together with you @deleted-U06F9N9PB2A about this just so that we are on the same page before we respond
Hey sorry I will review this soon but dealing with some issues . Thank you both for your help
Thank you @deleted-U06F9N9PB2A and no worries @Nicholas McFadden
He said thank you so I am going to say yes π thank you @deleted-U06F9N9PB2A
always. π€
Thank you @deleted-U06F9N9PB2A
Hi @deleted-U06F9N9PB2A I am looking through the report you sent us for Chowchilla more thoroughly since today and the next few days I am going to be working on the dashboard and I am impressed with how well you organized it π Thank you for this ! I am going to clean it up a bit just for "coding wise" and I will send you that copy too just in case in the future you may want to see how it should look like for "coding wise" (in the terms of formatting the data wise) but for most part what you sent looks wonderful so thank you for this
Also I wanted to see if we can do this for Alameda as well since Doug did wanted to see them both (chowchilla and alameda). I work Chowchilla first and probably show that to him if you need more time for that case type but just wanted to point that out there since he asked for that one too π
nick said devons was better so i appreciate the appreciation! haha
Yes I requested the reports in Law Ruler so you should receive them in a few mins or so from your email π
Also is there a difference between CCWF and Chowchilla and CIW and VSPW? I think this case type is for chowchilla so for dashboard wise should I just put that value "What facility" the answer be chowchilla or do you think there is a bigger or it is essential we put those as is? @deleted-U06F9N9PB2A
id make it sep... chow will be the biggest piece but still good to gather it all in case the variables are actually user error in doc or entry
Oh okay if that is the case I will leave them as only those four options π Thank you :meow_attention:
ex trevino to chowchilla 1990-2000 but 4 trevinos are at ciw vsp same years.... further clAriFication can be super helpful
Ahhh yeah I was guessing it may be something like that π Thank you π:skintone2: I'll update you as I go since I may have a few questions here or there lol
Good morning @deleted-U06F9N9PB2A. Happy Tuesday. Is it fine that I request your input in Jira for this that Abe is asking about the dashboard Doug is asking for?:
@deleted-U06F9N9PB2A Here are the data points I structured for my table just for reference
