Im not done I have to standardize a bunch to clean up and define but "types" of abuse is complete. This is only for DL chow..... if ACTs was involved they used an entirely different template and im not sure that data is in LR...usually they'll upload under docs but not input. but here's a starting gauge.

I do know when I ask Richard or Daniel to add a new client into Litify, they are currently using "Darrel's" saleforce account therefore when the lead is "Created" it will say Darrells name. I am not sure if it is the same for an integration automation

q clarification since I wasn't present for dialogue....

  1. Type of abuse -- im assuming categorically the type of abuse like v pen vs fondling?
  2. Episodes of abuse -- number of instances of abuse?
  3. Facts regarding the abuse -- zero clue what this means or how it could possibly be dashboard'ed if you have an example of a visual or whatever this would be helpful. or if there is a like coded generic way you want it ex-- 35/f/chow/fondling/3x/etc -- this one is stupid imo.
  4. Threats of force or violence/rewards for complying/acts of retailation -- again stupid given no specific preference on categories I could make every file something different, ill try and separate by threats/bribes and see if I can standardize
  5. Damages beyond pain and suffering; i.e. they got pregnant, got a disease; etc. -- again... is he expecting mental health damages? suicide attempts? sub abuse? broken leg? or specific unique variables -- chlamydia, infertility
  6. Any treatment for injuries -- see above. anything other than psy/therapy/rehab will be an outlier

and a real life answer for number of incidents of abuse - "Abuser 1: 5 to 7 times. Abuser 2: 2 times Abuser 3: can't recall. Abuser 4: can't recall" mind boggling. insanity.

So I would say your thought process on this is exact on. The only one that I probably will have to leave out for now or get more clarity on is the "facts regarding the abuse" since I think he mentioned specific things that would separate this case from others or make it special is how I am preserving it.

Well actually for Facts regarding the abuse I am thinking this should just be what happened during the abuse. So I guess this would simply be a written response in a sentence or two etc & for him to read and review. That is what I would go with including if you find something special about the case that makes it different than others

Let’s hold off on facts of abuse to refine until clarification. I have never interacted a lot with him which aids in the gray area for me because the rest of the firms I know their lit strategies, read their docket complaints etc. acts was completely siloed to those who only did acts (Alison Ralecia) but they only interacted with them on a formal level. I will standardize it to cut it down or highlight unique circumstances. I’m going to flag “strong cases” that can correlate into that category. I’ll be done tonight I think. I’ll leave a legend for the damages because I basically translated it into clinical billing codes we would use in tx. Can I add coder on my linked in now @Nicholas McFadden ? Edward while your building the dash will you take a few screen shot images for visual purposes so I can improve my process in the future based on the end goal :)

Yes that works with me 🙌 Once you finish your part I am going to put it into a SQL table and then connect it directly to a dashboard and then create the visuals. I may need to do a few coding things to it but ideally that is how I would like to do it. Also I can send you those screenshots when I add those things in there for sure 🙌

Also, since I am not as familiar with these questions as you are but I do know majority of them are one for one matches except for a few, Abe had posted a response to this in Jira and I wanted to get your thoughts on that and see what response we should mention back? Because essentially the main reason why we had to manipulate the data is because he didn't select (Doug) exact questions of ours but instead he picked questions that he wanted where we didn't ask it in that specific way including multiple of his questions are part of one question and requires a manual review. Also the only way to not "manipulate" the data so much would be to include questions that are worded exactly how doug is wanting for his dashboard / pivot table. That is my thoughts on how we can respond back to it. Abe probably doesn't realize that and dashboard in general needs to be manipulated to make it look good visually as well
