@Nick Ward @Joe Santana guys - we are in a code red status at intake. We are getting crushed and losing tons of $ every day. 552 leads yesterday and only 52 contracts, with 25% of them being older leads. We have to be getting blocked or impacted by carriers. I need you guys to please pivot hard today and really research how our calls are being displayed and received with carriers. Something is wrong, I can feel it and see it in the numbers. Nothing standing out terribly with traffic, so this has to be an intake connection issue.

@Cameron Rentch I have the guys prepping to switch to new ANI groups for all outbound campaigns. This refreshes the numbers we are dialing from. They had the groups ready last week, so I’ve asked them to switch within the hour. Will update. Cc: @Joe Santana

Verizon Flags jumped up to 1,560 they will get remedied within the next day or so, digging into the specific numbers now

Now something that came up on the discussion of this last week, is that many of these numbers are NOT currently being used outbound

At a minimum, 333 are Vici Numbers? Those are ONLY being used inbound at this point, correct? I am not sure how these are getting flagged int he first place
