Hey @Quint Underwood I know you're working on the lambdas right now, but wanted to give you an updated, when I ran dailyfinancials-rebuild-p-CalculatePerformancePy31-HMx37JchlIZ8 this morning I kept receiving an error code when it would try to process the initials for one of our media buyers; Michael McKinney 'MM'
Hey @Luke Fontaine pulling up the logs rn
I see the error, uncertain what's causing it just based on the logs... I double checked the code changes I made that added MM and PK media buyers so I suspect it's tripping over data wrangling somewhere in the code. Have you seen the same or similar errors recently?
I'll add this to my task list and lyk when I get it fixed
Thanks Quint, if it happens gain today we’ll note.
Just ran the lambda and it came back success today
@Ryan @Quint Underwood I think there's an issue with the generatefinancial log lambda. It shows that all rows have ran, but looking at the counts from the dashboard are far less than the auto notifications for the slack channel for that campaign
*Thread Reply:* @Luke Fontaine I'm free of meetings by ~noon PT, can take a look then. Lmk if there's any other behavior/details that look off or might be useful for debugging
*Thread Reply:* I see it on multiple ones, FireFoam, Asbestos, Intuit, CPAP. They're pretty big differences too, dash currently shows 30 for intuit while the channel has around 90+
*Thread Reply:* @Luke Fontaine @Quint Underwood, since LawRuler was down, the Status Report & Call Report did not get uploaded and processed by the financial log lambda:
Even yesterdays 3PM PT did not process.
And update on lambda status updating feature: I'm planning to push code this afternoon/this evening when I have a little time to monitor. Will lyk before I push anything
@Ryan @Quint Underwood urgent item, I'm running the generatefinance lambda to pull the remaining leads over, and continue to receive a failed message with the following error
@Luke Fontaine, let me take a look, it appears to be a LeadID issue
@Ryan I'm trying another one, currently at 6 minute run time so that's a good sign
@Ryan @Quint Underwood I'm receiving another error from the generatefinancial log lambda, it's not a listing error, I'm not sure what this one means
@Quint Underwood, I cannot figure it out, but will look more soon @Luke Fontaine, have not heard from Quint yet.
@Ryan in one of the channels @Quint Underwood mentioned they're in a conference in Spain so it might be a while until they're able to check in. In the meantime morning financials will have to wait since I'm not able to pull over all of the leads from yesterday, unless if there's another way you know how
@Quint Underwood Also receiving an error when running calculateperformance lambda
@Ryan @Luke Fontaine I'm on, investigating issues rn
@Quint Underwood @Ryan I may need your help with the new Generatefinancial log. I've ran it a couple times this morning and continue to receive a failed message. The first couple of times was a list of our range message, I've removed the case desc that were giving issues, after a couple of those, I received another failed in the test button, but when I clicked the cloudwatch log only one entry popped up and there was no error, I ran it again, failed code in the test section, the cloudwatch log appeared normal, I didn't see any errors in it. I'm running it one more time
This is what I'm currently getting as a result
@Luke Fontaine, is this the Lambda you are running, named: TIP-Py311-GenerateFinancialLogPy311-9YN38SeLubUn
Do you know what was causing the fail message I was receiving?
Not sure, @Quint Underwood if you can look into what happened that would be helfpul.
Hey @Luke Fontaine & @Ryan Pulling up to look right now
@Ryan @Luke Fontaine GenerateFinancialLog did run successfully as Ryan said, I think it was still running while Luke was looking at the logs (and/or the page needed to be refreshed to get newer log entries)
I’ll try it again Monday, sounds like a weird fluke
@Ryan @Quint Underwood I've ran the finance lambda multiple times this morning and keep getting a fail, it's run 3229/3363 rows, but I see rows of errors but no error code as to what it's causing it; like the list out of index that happens from time to time
@Luke Fontaine, it was running 2 at a time, so that means the LP APi probably time out or something to that effect
I think the 8:02 was still running when the 8:09 started
Hey @Ryan & @Luke Fontaine looks like you guys have everything figured out?
@Ryan @Quint Underwood is there development happening on the calc performance lambda? I have been receiving this message this morning of an error regarding non-int case type
Luke, I would not think so. Let me see if I can decihper anything. @Quint Underwood, let me know if you have a moment to check
@Luke Fontaine, running Calc_Perf a 2nd time to see if maybe Leadspedia hiccup but it's the divide by zero issue again
I ran it twice this morning and yeah it was the same issue both times as well
@Luke Fontaine @Quint Underwood, I am adding a lead for JV, spend and 0 leads could be the issue, so I saved one CP lead as JV and see if that works, re-running it now.
@Luke Fontaine, it's run to 8 minutes, so it's promising. Standby.
@Luke Fontaine, that worked! Calc_Perf finished with success. The log file said JV had zero leads, then we got the spend, not sure why it failed but it's obviously a "unhandled exception by Devin's code".
Awesome!! Thank you, I’ll go finish numbers
Glad you guys got this figured out earlier today--are you able to decipher either 1) the situation(s) in which this set of errors presents itself, or 2) the fixes you've made to the input data that enables calcPerf to work correctly?
I think so, I just don’t know why it happened today, because money spent , but no leads is common
@here I keep getting an error when running cal-performance. when it has happened before it looks like it was a media buyer that had no leads, but all media buyers have a lead today
@Luke Fontaine, it should not happen. @Quint Underwood, that scenario keep happening but let me try resubmitting Caleb's numbers @Luke Fontaine. He spent on Video Gaming and New Jersey and did not get any leads, so diving those into 0 leads is the issue.
@Luke Fontaine, I figured it out, Gaming Addiciton contracts are all paused, let me get Mark and Cameron to fix this ASAP, like 294 leads not sold
