Hey team 👋 Just a quick heads-up: the field names inside the vitals section have been updated — “DL ID:” is now “EXTID 1:” and “BG ID:” is now “EXTID 2:”. The reason for the change is that, before 4/16/2025, vitals weren't being sent out when other firms requested the intake form (which includes all intake questions). But starting on 4/16, Law Ruler began including the vitals, which led to some confusion when firms saw “BG” or “DL” IDs and didn’t recognize them. To avoid that, Brittany, Sobo, Alan, Aidan, and I agreed to rename them to something more generic. That way, if those vitals get shared, they can just be referred to as external IDs and won’t cause any confusion. Just wanted to flag this in case it impacts any of your integration reports, APIs, etc. Let me know if you have any questions!

Hi team. Friendly heads up JP hasn't sent in his report so I can't do the financials yet. I had email JP and CC Abe on it and Abe stated JP will be out all week and he is going to see if he can have someone else send that to me. I had also emailed Nancy last friday about what tabs she wants those new case types to be for the newly created case types for flatirons and she hasn't responded to that yet either.

Looks like have a new case type "Trinity Private School Abuse - DL - Flatirons - Shield Legal" which we got a sign up for this week for this one. I ran the filterscema5.json code and got an error which is simply because that case type isn't in file1 or file2. I wanted to ask if you think this should be part of "Private Boarding School Abuse - DL - Flatirons - Shield Legal": "Private Boarding School", specifically "Trinity Private School Abuse - DL - Flatirons - Shield Legal": "Private Boarding School" or should this be its own tab? If own tab then I think I will need to ask Nancy on what that tab should be called along with if it is template 1 or template 2. Your thoughts @Nicholas McFadden and possible @Dustin Surwill too if you are familiar with this case type

If I remember to code correctly, where it is erroring is updating a template but for some reason it seems the week variable is not a number greater or equal to 1. I would look in the template files and try saving them again since last I checked the week numbers were calculated by excel formulas
