@deleted-U04GZ79CPNG MAJOR discrepancies again on Dl Flatirons Benchmark sheet. I need this fixed immediately:

These are numbers we show accurate in database Total Soup Burn cases signed Campaign 1 = 787 Campaign 2 = 2518

NEC = 1249

I am getting chewed out big time. Fix asap and make sure all match exactly what we have in database. Also make sure all of the data for post acquisition work is correct. I need this done today.

@Cameron Rentch Small update: I reconciled the 3 case types you mentioned (NEC, Soup 1, Soup 2) and they match the dashboard now (soup 2 is off by 20 because those 20 are still in WIP/Flag/worked by PD). We are continuing to work through the rest of the case types to ensure there is nothing missed for those as well. I will provide another update when that is completed. I have someone also working through ensuring the secondary interview data is reconciled and I will provide an update on that when we are done.

We need to investigate the following case types which have minor discrepancies (less than 10 for each): • Chowchilla Womens Prison Abuse - ACTS - Dicello/Flatirons (TIP) - Shield Legal • Hair Relaxer - DL - Flatirons - Shield Legal • Hair Relaxer Cancer - DL - DeMayo Flatirons - Shield Legal • Illinois Juvenile Hall Abuse - Dicello - BG/Flatirons NC (TIP) - Shield Legal • Illinois Juvenile Hall Abuse - Dicello - Flatirons NC (TIP) - Shield Legal • Paraquat 12 - DL - Flatirons - Shield Legal We are working on this now. The following case types appear to be off, but the discrepancies are WIPs/Flags/in process/etc and match in terms of finalized cases: • Bard PowerPort - DL - Flatirons - Shield Legal • Chowchilla Womens Prison Abuse - DL - Flatirons - Shield Legal • Instant Soup Cup Child Burns 2 - DL - Flatirons - Shield Legal • Polinsky Childrens Center Abuse - DL - Flatirons - Shield Legal • San Bernardino Juv Hall - DL - Flatirons - Shield Legal We are still working on the secondary reconciliation as well.

@Cameron Rentch Yes, to get the match with the dashboard we add the QA Approved Clients and Law Firm Declined Clients, since both of those buckets are in the billable dashboard. This is 1248 for NEC. The dashboard is also showing 1248 for NEC

@Cameron Rentch All case types have been reconciled against the dashboard and any discrepancies have been followed up on. Any of the differences in the case types posted above are accounted for in the WIPs/Flags/etc that are in process. All secondary interview data has been updated according to the status of the secondary profile. All medical record data is updated.
