  1. I see in database 662 e-sign finals for DL FL (removing the DL Demayo, DL Crump) e signs that were moved to DL FL
  2. I see NO DL only sign ups during this time period
  3. The sheet you provided show 577 DL FL and 49 DL only I need this reconciled asap so that I can send accurate data. Can you please review and reply all ASAP? This is the last one that requires changes.

@here I have finished looking into the discrepancies. Attached are supporting documents. • HairRelaxerDLandDLFlatirons contains a report from LawRuler with all signed clients for the Dicello Flatirons and non-Flatirons hair relaxer campaigns. It has every client with an e-sign date during the specified timeframe, including declines, to make sure that there were no discrepancies due to status updates. The declines were not included in the original googlesheet. This can be found in the "Detailed Report" tab. The "Tables" tab has two pivot tables based on this data. One shows _all statuses by firm category (DL or DL Flatirons) and the other shows only the statuses that were included in the original GoogleSheet by firm category. The tab "Update Actions" is a summary of what actions need to be taken to reconcile the googlesheet and the dashboard based on the discrepancies I followed up on. Some of these are noted in the "Detailed Report" tab, the rest are detailed in the other two documents. • Billable Leads All Time HR Flatirons 1.1.24-7.24.25 was exported from the dashboard. The filters were the specified date range and all of the Flatirons hair relaxer case types. I checked this against the LawRuler report and wrote in notes for any discrepancies. There are 680 clients total here, but we did not include the Signed e-Sign Billable Declined by Firm clients in the GoogleSheet. With these removed, there are 578 clients, which is one off from our googlesheet (there is an update for the one discrepancy). • Billable Leads All Time HR DL 1.1.24-7.24.25 was exported from the dashboard. The filters were the specified date range and all of the non-Flatirons Dicello hair relaxer case types. I checked this agains the LawRuler report and wrote in notes for any discrepancies. There are 50 clients, which is one off from our googlesheet (there are other discrepancies but the total number will be 47 once they are resolved) For your convenience, below are the updates listed in the "Update Actions" tab. DL Flatirons should contain 797 e sign finals (not including Demayo, no paraquat 5, no paraquat 7, no paraquat 1 - these were transferred later) Customer dash matches our dash - so Brittany you will need to show 797 for DL Flatirons
