Hey there' Ryan asked me to reach out and ask about this doc - https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1f4dsXDnzl69dnN6YljI-61K8xpPbcCFb/edit?usp=sharing&ouid=111138141395663359812&rtpof=true&sd=true

He went ahead and changed some colors on this and wanted to inquire if the agg payroll in the database on Bitquery should be the sum total of the two highlighted Bonuses?

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2024-11-27 15:07:48

I think he meant Brian Theissen

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2024-11-27 15:14:09

Makes sense- lol thank you\

Private and I promise well meaning question..

Do you have any idea what he's talking about? I understand like he's talking about billing and reporting but I'm not sure if he's actually asking anything of us or just kind of talking and working

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2024-12-05 15:22:21

Talking and working

He likes to jump around

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2024-12-05 15:22:53

Cool, just wanted to make sure- I was lost and wondering if I should be trying to figure out what he needs me to do with all this

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2024-12-05 15:24:09

I think he works better like this sometimes. As long as I have a broad idea I don't worry. Everything here is very dynamic.

jturner@shield-legal.com - Could we set up some time to go over the very basics and get me on there some time past 3pm this afternoon/ or any time after 11am Tomorrow?

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2024-12-11 14:18:33

Yeah. I think it'd be better not today so you can mess around with it and come up with some questions

Hey there' Do you know what is the raw "source of truth" table for Leadspedia? I am looking for a table where they have Leadspedia Lead ID, and Leadspedia Contract ID in the same table and it has not been edited or transformed at all. Ideally a direct rip from Leadspedia

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-02-07 13:22:03

Or a table with the Lawruler Case Type ID and leadspedia contracts

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-02-07 13:24:11

I see a whole bunch of different Leadspedia tables but I'm not sure what the true source is

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-02-07 14:03:02

I do not know outside of lawruler I pull it from lawrulers report generator

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-03-03 13:47:26

Hey there~ I am playing with Retool, and I want to make a tool where You can select a column from a table and update it in retool and it updates the database kind of like what you set up for the billing. Would you be able to walk me through the method of how you did that at some point?

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-03-03 13:49:20

Surely. How about ~3:30 or so?

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-03-03 13:49:39

3:30 works! That would be awesome, thank you!

Of course

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)

2025-03-10 12:16:36

and about the status one

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-03-10 12:17:38

Alright Want to hop on a call in about an hour?

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-03-10 12:17:50

That works for me!

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-03-12 14:19:17

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)

Not at all lol

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-03-12 14:21:41

They've been a nightmare from the start. The British dude who's the COO(?) seemingly knew nothing about Connex and the guy who helped me set it all up from Leadspedia>Connex was no helpful at all

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-04-03 13:00:42

Yo, you got a sec?

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-04-03 13:01:20

10 minute call? it's about the spend app. I want to have answers if asked tomorrow and I want to talk it out real quick

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-04-24 16:05:06

Hey Brian~ Hope you're having a good day!

When possible, can you please throw on another field to add aggagentcommission to the iotipmonthly_expenses retool?

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-04-24 16:10:55

Will do

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-04-25 10:17:53

2025-04-25 13:08:05

Hey there~ I don't see it on my end? Am I looking at the right one?

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-04-25 13:12:00

Realized I didn't send this yesterday I thought I did- that's my bad

2025-04-25 13:12:15
Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-04-25 13:27:58

I did agent commission on bottom right

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-04-25 13:28:02

I’ll fix

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-04-25 13:28:16

Left **

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-04-25 13:37:04

Well darn. Looks like i cant read

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-04-25 13:37:12

lol thank you again, I appreciate

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-04-25 13:47:37

Hahahah

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-04-28 12:55:21

Just crossed my mind, since we added commission here, we can remove it on the iocasetyperevrates table, and the retool that feeds into that

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-04-28 12:55:28

Checked with Ryan and were good there

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-04-28 12:56:53

I removed it from tort-intake-professionals.<a href="http://tip_prod_application.io">tip_prod_application.io</a>_lr_case_types_revenue_rates, if you can remove the commission columns from the retool we should be good

ioagentoverideactive, ioagentcommissionrate, ioagentoveridecommissionrate

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-04-28 12:57:16

Sounds good!

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-04-28 12:58:09

Awesome- I'm going through the database and attempting to clean it all up now and there's a bunch of scheduled queries that I don't own so if you see em pop back up anywhere please let me know lol

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-04-30 12:05:51

Hey there, I am going to be fleshing out the PCTID retool. I imagine you would like me to build in in another instance so I'm not messing with prod. If I do though, is there an easy way in retool to move the whole page over?

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-04-30 12:06:01

Or should I build in prod and just be careful?

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-04-30 12:08:43

Want to hop on a quick call bc I want to make sure I understand what you mean? Also, Can we schedule a longer call tomorrow or Friday mid morning for some of the media buyer spend submit logistics?

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-04-30 12:14:10

Nick ward and Nick Mcfadden are having a meeting right behind me (Ward and I share an office) so I can't hop on a call right this second but I can try and break it down.

Awhile back we discussed moving PCTID to a retool so it's not on an excel sheet. Because we need to start adding Leadspedia Contract ID's to each campaign, Ryan requested that we get it into the main retool for TIP so mal can update it

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-04-30 12:15:15

You can build it in prod. It can be fixed if it breaks

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-04-30 12:15:35

Cool, sounds good- I'm seeing now there a branch system so it works out

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-04-30 12:15:44

I'll dig into how to make a branch just to be safe

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-04-30 12:16:01

Also, which field am I taking out of the spend submitter?

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-04-30 12:17:06

Wait, it was total commission expense that needed to go right?

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-04-30 12:17:28

Taking a look now...

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-04-30 12:20:46

So for a little background on this just so you know why and we can work what might need to change together.

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-04-30 12:22:05

Ryan had the understanding that agents got commission, by the campaigns they did and it was a straightforward commission rate, with points, but Tony has since changed that system a few times over to include weird bonus's and "spiffs" and point minimums and all kinds of mess\

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-04-30 12:22:30

Oh I am familiar lol

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-04-30 12:22:47

not with how it works, but the system changes

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-04-30 12:23:05

I'm flexible, whatever works I can go with

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-04-30 12:23:08

So I went to Payroll / Accounting and requested that they start putting in the total agent commission paid out in aggagentcommission field which is what you added the other day (Thanks again lol)

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-04-30 12:24:19

of course

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-04-30 12:24:39

Now we just gotta figure out what fields to remove so we don't end up double counting commission

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-04-30 12:25:20

Ultimately I want to build an actual system for commission with full support from the buisness side so we don't run into more of this chaos lol

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-04-30 12:25:49

Sounds good to me

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-04-30 12:32:05

From what I am seeing right now, it looks like we would remove these fields here, but I am not sure where the other numbers come from. It looks like ti all feeds into iorevrates which logically would say these things are things that create revenue, but they also say cost in the name, and imply they cost us money lol

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-04-30 12:34:43

I forgot who asked for those fields. Maybe that guy that just left? I don't remember. I know he used it

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-04-30 12:37:30

Just to be safe, and avoid you having to potentially double work, just remove those 2 highlighted fields for right now, and I'll poke around some more before we accidently break anything lol

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-04-30 12:37:56

Will do

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-04-30 12:38:23

Oh by the way, not sure if you saw my wall of text from the sprint meeting the other day..

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-04-30 12:38:41

Ryan requested that I ask you to do 2 things?

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-04-30 12:39:25

1 was to get the status rates tab on the retool working

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-04-30 12:39:41

and the other I /THINK/ is what we are talking about

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-04-30 12:39:50

unless it means something different to you

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-04-30 12:40:22

I saw. I see you in retool lol. I havent seen that before

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-04-30 12:40:36

That's pretty cool, I see you flying around lol

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-04-30 12:41:49

I'll get status rates going by tomorrow morning

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-04-30 12:42:37

ACtullay EOD

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-04-30 12:43:04

Excuse my spelling. I had too much coffee

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-04-30 12:43:25

You're golden, I'm on the opposite side of the spectrum. Didn't have any coffee yet this morning lol

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-04-30 14:51:18

I know I have said it before but props to you. This retool stuff is DENSE

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-04-30 14:52:23

That makes me feel better lol I thought I was getting slow in my old age

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-04-30 14:52:58

I do data backend python stuff because my brief experience with front end made me feel like a big dummy lol

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-04-30 14:53:10

but I want to learn both and retool is a good start lol

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-04-30 15:58:34

Still figuring the bugs out, but I found something kinda cool I didn't know you could do in retool

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-04-30 17:42:23

What’s the recently discovered retool feature?

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-04-30 17:42:45

Table wide updates, using array tags

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-04-30 17:43:15

It's far from finished but it should minimize errors and duplicates when people put in data.

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-04-30 17:47:30

Check out the personal Casetype ID page, and go to update the broad tort type on campaign 2014, Mormon Victim Abuse - Marsh - HRSC - Shield Legal

👀 Brian Hirst
James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-04-30 17:52:34

Instead of an excel sheet where someone is going to put the name of the law firm in wrong, or spell something incorrectly, or maybe you aren't sure how to break down the broad tort type vs the specific, start typing, and it refers against itself to give you suggestions and makes sure it matches.

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-04-30 17:53:17

This is quite a casetype name

:fastparrot: James Turner
James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-04-30 17:53:18

and since it's arrays, you can add all the weird one off tags that Cam and Ryan want, without it ever breaking any names

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-04-30 17:53:21
James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-04-30 17:54:05

Lol yeah, I pull from Lawruler. I need to figure out how to sort it by default to Lawruler Case Type ID descending, and keep all the rows in order and the right shape

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-04-30 17:54:14

It seems to randomize it when I refresh sometimes and idk why

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-04-30 17:54:23

Lol yeah, I pull from Lawruler. I need to figure out how to sort it by default to Lawruler Case Type ID descending, and keep all the rows in order and the right shape

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-04-30 18:04:16

They're alphabetical for me minus the first 2

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-04-30 18:04:28

Go ahead and hit a refresh

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-04-30 18:06:07

It's still very much in progress, but It's pretty cool so far lol

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-04-30 18:06:20

interesting it seems only some of the columns sort alphabetically when clicked on

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-04-30 18:06:48

It is cool

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-04-30 18:13:08

Okay I think I figured it out

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-04-30 18:13:17

Slowly wrapping my mind around retool

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-04-30 18:13:25

Slowly, but it's kind of starting to make sense

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-05-01 17:50:17

gotta seed some values and add some error codes but I /think/ the retool aspect is done.. Whatcha think?

I'd like a little demo on some of the building of when you get a chance. Pretty cool!

Sure thing!

Anything in particular you were looking at?

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-05-02 11:53:14

I'm looking at it a bit here and there. IDK yet

👋 *Hello {{ current_user.firstName || 'friend' }}!*

I like this lil bit. nice touch

Lol thanks

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-05-02 14:29:59

Hell yeah, the automation worked that pulls in new campaigns as they are created in Lawruler automagicly

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-05-02 14:30:30

If you wanna try updating something in it to see how it works, now would be a good time for the campaign that just came in

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-05-02 14:32:22

Nice!

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-05-14 17:27:00

Heyo~ From what I understand you are the owner for all our Retool stuff- do you admin it as well? (Admin in the sense of keeping track of billing, users, and RBAC?)

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-05-14 17:27:47

Not billing but the rest yeah

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-05-14 17:34:52

Looker is showing signs of major limitation for dashboards with the way a ton of the architecture has been designed, but Retool can handle it really well! I'm toying with the possibility of making a separate app for dashboards but I have a few concerns I wanted your thoughts on:

  1. For dashboards the viewer would be an end user, or external user so the price would be 8-15 a month per user. We could maybe make one "wide" user for all of intake, if we could get away with it which would mitigate cost.
  2. I am seeing a note on their billable page of 5000 workflow runs per month, with the option to buy additional sets of 5000 for 75 bucks which isn't too bad considering a single dev user is already 50 BUT I was wondering if there is a way to see how many workflows we are using now so I can try and gauge options
Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-05-14 17:37:51

Workflows in retool?

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-05-14 17:41:56

I might be misunderstanding what a workflow is, I thought a workflow was any individual query or event handler but I think I was wrong..

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-05-14 17:45:10

I haven’t looked at how many we are using monthly in retool. I doubt we’ll hit 5k though unless we start using it for way more stuff than I anticipated

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-05-14 17:58:04

That makes sense. I'll dig a bit. Thanks much

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-05-28 13:46:21

Heyo~ Message from Ryan. He wants to set one of the campaigns to a $0.50 cost for minute rate, but it's currently set as a integer, not a float so the re-tool is erroring out.

Ryan is requesting that you update the retool to work with decimal numbers. In order for you to do that, I need to update a whole bunch of stuff on the database to a float datatype, instead of a integer datatype.

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-05-28 13:47:10

Well shit

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-05-28 13:47:45

it's going to mess up all the historical stuff bc I think we'd have to delete that row

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-05-28 13:47:49

column**

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-05-28 13:47:50

He wants it fractional, so I have to rebuild the entire new financial system database to support it which is going to take awhile, but I can start on it as soon as I get out of this meeting

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-05-28 13:48:21

I remember building it and was specifically told it would always be an integer

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-05-28 13:48:24

whateva

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-05-28 13:48:28

I'm still plottin' and schemin' but I /think/ I can make an exact copy of it as a float

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-05-28 13:49:38

Want to hop on a quick call to talk it out? I want to be clear before any bug changes are made

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-05-28 13:49:43

big**

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-05-28 13:50:54

12 work? I see your 5nine call ends then. Should only take 5-10

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-05-28 13:51:24

I'm still on with Ryan, it already went over my five9 lol, but when I'm off here I will call you to run you through my plan to make those changes. All you should need to own is updating that field in the retool

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-05-28 13:52:16

Are you going to update BigQuery?

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-05-28 13:54:42

yeah I'll get database side of it

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-05-28 13:55:06

BC I don't think it needs to be updated in retool. It errored out bc BigQuery was expecting an integer but got a float

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-05-28 13:56:58

It's just a number input in retool

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-05-28 13:59:29

If that's the case, awesome lol- I'll let you know when the Bigquery stuff has been updated and we can test the retool together to make sure

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-05-28 14:00:11

Updating the inital tables will be easy, but I have an ungodly amount of scheduled queries that reference that table, and create new tables, each with their own schema that may have to be updated

No, I normally get in at 9:30. The slack just woke me up lol

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)

Sorry about that, enjoy your morning. LMK when in office and we can figure it out

Lol I appreciate it

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-06-10 12:29:18

Oh btw- she came to me because she wanted to add April to operating expenses but it wasn't populating as an option?

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-06-10 12:29:57

I’ll look at that Thanks

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-06-10 12:30:58

Can you help me with something this afternoon? I want to put a table in an app for up-serts for the media buyer and I’m having some issues.

2025-06-10 12:42:58

Sure thing!

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-06-10 13:06:58

I just tried to add April and May into the table and job history is showing it completed but it is not appearing in the table

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-06-10 13:09:02

Damn, it did add it just took a long time

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-06-10 13:09:25

and in my impatience I added an additional one

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-06-11 13:53:43

Ok, pivot on the table help thing, I have a quick SQL question in retool and then we can hop off. We can revisit the table next week. Ryan just wants the data in so once this one little part is fixed I'll seed it all. Then when I'm i a rhythym with that I can worry about the upserts later

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)

2025-06-11 14:38:51

You're good- we can come back to this later. I'm sure it's something simple we are overlooking. Lemme know when you're available

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-06-11 14:39:05

WIll do! Thanks James.

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-06-11 14:41:42

I'll email retool to see if we're missing something glaring

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-06-11 18:16:07

I thought about the Retool thing and figured out we might be approaching it wrong. Mocking up a test rn to show you

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-06-11 18:18:04

Ooohhhh I’ve been ripping my hair out lol

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-06-11 18:20:59

So before when you built it, it was always one to many, meaning that the other field could be any value because it always changed, BUT in this case the Vertical ID and Vertical name HAVE to match, they are a 'key pair'

We were trying to set it up so when you select one, the other auto fills which is fine normally but since were doing it as a drop down setup instead of like "heres the data, have a filter" we would have to make it so the vertical they select is selectable from the ID OR the name, and we would have to code that option for everything else and that's just gonna muddy the water for anyone using it.

I'm still testing my workaround on a seperate project but i'll let you know

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-06-11 18:21:47

Hell yeah

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-06-11 18:31:33

You still on for a little?

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-06-11 18:32:03

I left at like 4:15 to get tacos

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-06-11 18:32:19

All good, It's not that complex, I'll send you a video lol

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-06-11 18:34:32

Instead of checking what that drop down selection is, just check what they clicked on the verticalselectiontable

This way they can't edit anything at all, they can see what is active / inactive ect

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-06-11 18:34:42

If you wanna include less columns, that's easy just un-select

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-06-11 18:35:15

Awesome Thanks dude. I appreciate it

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-06-11 18:38:23

You still gotta tweak it and finish it up but this should get you where you need to be and make it easier for media buyers

Did you make the verticals table in SL BigQuery

No I didn't make anything in the SL bigquery

2025-06-27 12:33:31

Hey man~ It connected that Ryan has been asking for a hot minute about the status rates table on the retool, but also throwing a million other tasks at you-

Depending on how these meetings today go, I may have some availability. Would it be alright if I hopped in to help with that?

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-06-27 13:12:44

I’ll work on it this weekend. I’ve kinda been neglecting it bc I haven’t had any direction but it’s becoming more clear I should just make something and take direction from there

Brian Hirst (brian@themedialab.agency)
2025-06-27 13:16:02

I had it working and then he edited the table so everything broke

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-06-27 13:23:39

Makes sense- I saw it was broken this morning when I was running analysis on status data and saw a bunch of the 'terminal' status's were set to null

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
2025-06-27 13:23:51

That took me like 6 hours of troubleshooting lol

James Turner (jturner@shield-legal.com)
