Honored to have spoken at the Third Annual Shades of Mass Conference this past weekend, discussing the crucial topic of ethical challenges in litigation funding. At Shield Legal, we're committed to maintaining integrity while navigating the complexities of mass torts. It's inspiring to see the legal community come together to address these important issues, especially in a space that demands both innovation and responsibility. Grateful for the opportunity to be part of this vital conversation! #ShadesOfMass #LitigationFunding #EthicalLeadership #MassTorts

good morning @Andy Rogers - Happy Friday! I need a small mic for work to create voiceovers on videos. Can I ask David to order it for me? It's $26.99. https://www.amazon.com/Wireless-Lavalier-Microphone-iPhone-Built/dp/B0B76X39GL/ref=sr13sspa?crid=20V5E2A194OI1&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.RHnX2tCu0KQq31otmfAHlDhjr2n3qOtm59gJrSXwdXn8m7UAfYCvCX0ZLc8x0tC3SZWK7vcyv4-f593mSWjwetW8A4UK9onNj7pISuo3FHfE-WNiejqmxQMueFWzjWh2D1JXypiNsxzVcWfsw6vdFkVSe2i5IZb4FAORWJqDSmbKJbXqUHUuSpH5EufwxXOvsKww91tf1J0AtErtjKs4184lvW8xMO09wQ5Wh-ccpzblMi5IHCTTH-hIsDWhNGCqf9IyJtKB4BP9iJYCn1brGTsj41z8JYRPv6u7QpuY.dJ1IVFwegIjgidBUnDoRJX3VEKPFKaDB4vp49CdN8&dibtag=se&keywords=mics%2Bfor%2Biphone&qid=1729270615&sprefix=mics%2Caps%2C126&sr=8-3-spons&spcsd=d2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9hdGY&th=1|https://www.amazon.com/Wireless-Lavalier-Microphone-iPhone-Built/dp/B0B76X39GL/ref=s[…]%2Caps%2C126&sr=8-3-spons&sp_csd=d2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9hdGY&th=1
@Melanie Macias yes that’s fine
Shouldn’t we be tagging the people I am speaking with?
added the people who have LinkedIn's to the caption.
Hi, can you send me a voice memo via text of this script? Working on a video.
Hey everyone, it’s Andy, CRO of Shield Legal, and wow—what an incredible F1 weekend we just hosted! I still can’t get over it.
This year, we treated our friends and clients to an unforgettable experience at the Bellagio Fountain Club. Picture this: gourmet food, premium drinks, and a front-row seat to all the F1 action, with the iconic Bellagio fountains as the backdrop.
But we didn’t stop there. Sunday, we took it up a notch with a private suite at Allegiant Stadium for the Raiders game. Our suite had incredible views of the field, amazing catering, and let me tell you, being able to share that with our clients and partners? Priceless.
At Shield we believe in building connections that go beyond just business. Events like these let us show our clients how much we truly value them, and let’s be honest—there’s no better way to bond than over F1 and football!
To everyone who joined us, thank you for making it such a memorable weekend. And to those who didn’t, well... there’s always next year!
CRO - Correction. Thank you for catching that typo. This is a voiceover for a reel. Could you send this in a voice memo to me?

Happy Thanksgiving @Andy Rogers — I’m grateful for you! I hope you have a great one with family!
Come with me as I take out the team at Shield Legal for an End of Year dinner at CATCH inside the Aria.
This year, we accomplished some incredible things at Shield Legal. Tonight, it’s all about celebrating the team that made it happen.
It’s moments like these that remind me—it’s not just about the work we do; it’s about the people we do it with.
Here’s to another groundbreaking year at Shield Legal. Let’s keep raising the bar.
Hi @Andy Rogers - quick question. For nursing abuse campaigns, do you know if they are specific to nursing homes in Maryland? Thank you!

Let’s take you behind the scenes of a typical day at Shield Legal.
Yesterday kicked off with a tour of our brand-new office, where I had the pleasure of hosting M.J. Blakely of The Blakely Firm and Darren A. Miller of D. Miller & Associates, PLLC®. We explored every corner of what makes Shield Legal a powerhouse.
But this is Vegas, and we don’t do ordinary. We headed to Allegiant Stadium for a Las Vegas Raiders game. The luxury suite experience is unreal – 50-yard line views, incredible food, and a custom Raiders dessert basket. Darren had the honor of smashing this bad boy. Talk about sweetening the day!
And this old fashioned station? It kept everyone in high spirits.
In Las Vegas, we go big, and Shield Legal is no exception. We take pride in treating our clients to experiences that are as memorable as they are meaningful.
After all, business is about relationships, and at Shield Legal, we’re all about making them unforgettable.

can you send me their titles/names and I can add it into the script.
working on it! Then we will record your voice and I will create a fun video. 🙂

Hi @Andy Rogers,
I found this article: https://www.lawyer-monthly.com/2025/02/zantac-lawsuit-illinois-jury-rules-in-favor-of-boehringer-ingelheim/
Please see the LinkedIn Post for today:
Zantac Verdict: What This Means for Mass Torts
An Illinois jury just ruled in favor of Boehringer Ingelheim, rejecting claims that Zantac caused prostate cancer. After two previous mistrials, this marks a significant moment in ongoing Zantac litigation.
While this verdict is a win for the defense, the broader legal battle is far from over—over 70,000 cases remain, and expert testimony challenges continue to shape the landscape. With settlements from other manufacturers already in motion, plaintiffs are still pushing forward.
The key takeaway? Mass torts are unpredictable, and every trial shifts the playing field. If you’re navigating this space, staying ahead of these legal developments is crucial. What are your thoughts on this latest ruling? Drop them in the comments. ⬇️
