In the top of the Monday board, there are tabs with different views of the board. You can get the link to the item you submitted from the main table view. From the pop-up when you click either "Open" in the item or the "Updates" speech bubble, you can access the link to the item (see first screenshot). When you click the three dots at the top right, you will get a dropdown menu that has "Copy item link" (see second screenshot).

Hello Adrienne! I believe he would have created that on Monday.com. I don't know where it would have been located in there, but you should be able to find it if you log in to your account and look through the workspaces that are available to your on the left sidebar.

@deleted-U04GZ79CPNG, I did, and it appears as if it has been deleted. Can you check? It was a supply order request that was routed to Andy for approval. I used it once last October.
