hey @Cameron Rentch can you please do me a favor and double check my paraquat fb leads again? I find it odd that 90% of my facebook leads not matching because of duplicates especially because i have the latest exclusion lists uploaded into fb . I have searched the emails from the leads i generated against the exclusion list that Brian sent me and like 90% of them are not showing up. I asked Mike to check if the zap is set up correctly as well and he told me this.
LP is accepting the leads, so the duping isn’t happening there. it’s lawruler saying the lead is a dupe when we post from LP -> LR [9:39 AM] the error “no match” just means we couldn’t find any buyers to accept the lead (for whatever reason).. if it was a dupe in LP then the response would say that it’s a dupe. [9:40 AM] and in this particular case, the reason for “no match” is because LR is saying they are dupes... now, why they are showing as dupes in LR I’m not sure.. that’s something we’d need to investigate.

@Jack A. They are duplicates. It is just not posting back, saying duplicate. When I go into the Lead itself all of the ones that say not match show a response of duplicate I’ve looked at them all.
Mike is giving you incorrect information. The issue was that they have not mapped back the response codes properly.

Also, suggest if possible to pause Paraquat this weekend - we had some API issues that are resolved but we can work the leads collected and capitalize on revenue without spend. We should get 4-5 more contracts based historical conversion rates and more relaxed criteria. Def ok to leave some spend up in needed - AFFF doing really good again so want to try to capitalize on that. Also suggest pulling back on video gaming hard over weekend as well/pausing if possible.

Key changes include replacing the term "physical abuse" with "other abuse," adding a definition for "egregious sexual abuse," and expanding the definition of "other abuse" to encompass unlawful restraint, unlawful strip search, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. The bill also adjusts the fund's administration, extending its nonlapsing status until June 30, 2032, and establishing a youth development center claims administrator role appointed by the supreme court. Settlement amounts are determined by a process with maximum caps set for different types of abuse, with the bill inserting new language to guide the valuation of claims and increasing the cap for other abuse claims from $150,000 to $250,000.
The bill outlines a structured process for filing and resolving claims, including timelines for submission, acknowledgment, and completion of claims, as well as the roles of the administrator and the Attorney General's designee. It extends the deadline for filing claims to June 30, 2025, and emphasizes the confidentiality and voluntary nature of the claims process. The bill also details the involvement of a fact facilitator for investigations, the conduct of live resolution proceedings, and the finality of the administrator's decisions. Additionally, it specifies payment procedures from the YDC settlement fund, including the option for lump sum or installment payments, and introduces a cap of $75,000,000 in claims paid out per fiscal year. Note, Caleb ran didn't have the best luck but did get a few contracts. Note they may be upwards of 7500-10000 to get per case. Firm is ok with it costing a lot and it is an open test budget. Note most cases that have been filed were from Glendale academy, so do NOT target that specific facility.
I would recommend trying some type of text based ad that lists all of the adventist schools in ca to start. I think we have some videos we cerated that you could try as well. I am also doing some investigation to see if any of these specific schools have reports of abuse.
ok i remember testing this with a small budget earlier this year. The list of schools will be great, if its any around here ill go grab some pics for the ads which will surely help.

I assumed there was way more by looking at all the dl contracts signed over this month. Moving forward i will pause the non DL campaigns and launch some image creative campaigns that focus only on eaton fire property damage cases which should potentially help.
Also, I’m not seeing the pixel fire on the stock fraud cases. I had 4 leads yesterday with no pixel fires one today so far with no pixel fire. Can you please get this looked at? thank you
