Please meet CC, want to have you both explore the Reporting Tool in ShieldLegal.dev and see if it can replace LawRuler report pulls for yesterday and on back client reporting and billing.
I know Intake and Secondary will change which status they use on the fly and tell very few people, but just as guidance, this is how the new BI system decides what goes into Page 0 Retainers as well as Billable. @Ryan I have explored the shieldlegal.dev reporting tool, but it is not organized in a way that I feel comfortable sending out if the reports are going to external firm clients. The column order is not intuitive and there was an issue for a while where it was pulling hundreds of extra fields that were unrelated to the case type(s) pulled in the report (I believe this has been fixed, but I have not verified it). I also have found missing data in the database in the past, so I do not like to rely on it for reporting.
Would you like me to add to this sheet that you linked for the secondary interview statuses? The billable ones should be Secondary Interview - Sent (always), Secondary Interview - Retriggered (always), and Secondary Interview - Completed (VSS interviews, only)
@deleted-U04GZ79CPNG, that in lies the problem. If the client dashboards are using this data, then your concerns need to be "answered", "validated" and proven not an issue so that in a very near future, you are pulling your reports from the same data source that we use to service clients. It's in alignment with Marc, Cam and our ad hoc meeting last week.
Can we get a working case for Monday back ups? Send me and CC the Backups, we will use the tool and compare with the largest backups for the week so we can "worst case reporting" test it.

@CC Kitanovski , let meet and go over what she pulls and what comes out of the tool. Having it updated to sort questions , how she does it in LR, mind getting with her to learn, so we can improve this tool and have her adopt?
