Hey! Adrienne was telling me you're getting migraines from the screens/monitors. I'm very prone to them because of the amount of time looking at screens too. Have you gone into your computer settings and turned on night light mode to reduce the amount of blue light?
You can try that by going to System > Display > Night Light and adjust that way!
I've also been a HUGE fan of blue light non-prescription glasses. They help a lot with reducing eye strain and eye fatigue which can lead to headaches and migraines. I get mine from Amazon. I really hope that helps. If you need me to swing by and help you with those settings just let me know. 😊
