These will all be inbound calls from physical mailers we will be sending in TX and FL for Storm Law Partners in regards to storm damage claims and hurricane claims. We have secured a toll free number we are using in mailers of 888-55-STORM, which will route to the number you provide me. We do not anticipate starting the mailing for another 2.5 weeks, so a number next week is fine. Tony we are starting with 25000 mailers, so need to have adequate staff to answer all of the calls.

@here A number has been ordered for use on this in Connex. We'll be able to transfer call to this number into a new line with Five9 when we are ready for that step (if the campaign is still open). @deleted-U04HFGHL4RW Do you see these calls being answered by Beau's team? Asking for the set up piece once we have the number.

@Cameron Rentch Here is the number . We have it set up in Connex to route to the inbound team (PIIB queue), tested a few calls this morning and reached agents successfully.

A Five9 line was just set up for this campaign. I will share with Ryan as well for the forwarding from call metrics.
