We’re getting requests from Maximus for access to Upwork or other platform so he can hire actors/editors to create ten 10-15 sec videos a day for him.

Cameron! Talking to the Yan and Itay over in Israel about a weekly meeting and they are asking if you could do 7:30a rather than 8a on Tuesday’s. They know that’s a lot earlier for you and mentioned they can move another meeting so we can keep it at 8a for you if you can’t do earlier.

I wanted to circle back on our compensation discussion from the other week.

As I looked back on past “rush” jobs, you were right, there was one rush in each month from Jan to March with another added just the other day for a total of four rushes since the beginning of the year (see below).

That’s a total of 4 bonus payments that are outstanding for 2024 – I’ll let Debbie know about those.

The bonus is great and does offset some of the disparity in wage, especially as everyone’s hours have more than doubled but considering everyone is a contractor and working on various other projects the bonus works more to put the “rush” Shield Legal request in front of any other client/project the team is working on at the moment.

As I look at the proposed compensation and take into account rush bonuses - I propose an increase of $1,000 for each team member, plus at least one guaranteed monthly rush bonus.
