hey @James Turner. Can you give us a few details about changes made to the dialer? We're seeing cases we haven't had much movement on get signups
Hey there' So rather than rely on agents to manual dial campaigns, the call center set up something called 'outbound' dialing where it will go through all leads not marked final, and use an automated system to call them. IF a person answers the phone, it will quickly transfer to an agent.
This allows us to run twice as many calls per day, and properly cycle through old leads we would of otherwise been missing.
For example, we just signed a retainer on a lead from Febuary 13th earlier today.

interesting. Bad thing is i think it might expose some campaigns that are supposed to be closed.
Is it alright if I add Sobo and Christian to this chat? They are managing the new system. I built some tools that will allow us to closely monitor the campaigns we are calling with this new metric
Greg started a list of campaigns to run by cam and i added to it this am
@deleted-U055HQT39PC @deleted-U062D2YJ15Y Hey lads- From what Mal told me, it looks like we might be picking up some campaigns that should have been closed, but we never quite shut the gates on. What can we do to remedy this?
basically greg and i are going through the list to see what needs to be closed but for some reason didn't.
i did notice that Chowchilla - ACTS/Banafshe is in this list. It should have been closed and pulled a while ago
@Malissa no it should not be closed. it was re-opened a couple weeks ago per the client for additional signups

yours truly was stressed at the time and missed the memo l
that was the only one i saw that made me concerned. we might be ok?
there are some open campaigns in Monday that we need to bug Cam about approval to close.
I built a list of all of the campaigns we have touched with the Outbound dialing today. If you would like I can extend this back to when we started on Outbound Dialing
Cool- moving it to a google sheets doc now
Using the outbound call type, we have touched leads belonging to 123 different campaigns, and I have the amount of calls of this call type for each campaign.
This should cover all time of using the new call type
@Greg Owen @Malissa - Take a look at what's there, and let us know what campaigns we are calling that we should not be. @deleted-U055HQT39PC @deleted-U062D2YJ15Y Once we have the campaigns we are no-go on, how difficult will it be to resolve the issue so we aren't calling them?
@James Turner they just need me or greg to let them know something is approved to be closed and removed from the dialer. they work their magic pretty quick.,
