Guys, for the 12PM, agenda:

  1. Parsa shows us issue (in TT and/or Zapier)
  2. We look at TT BC and TT AA for Jack with working Ad Account and Case Type, check permissions, etc.
  3. We compare to Parsa configuration in TT and Zapier
  4. If no obvious issue, we enroll TT Developer team in Germany to get us help or Zapier Help

There was another issue I found on Zapier but managed to resolve, here’s the fix for future reference in case it occurs again:

• if an ad account doesn’t populate post API integration with Zapier, remove the user + re-add them to the account with a fresh invite. Something in the system brute forces the retry of loading accounts (in the case that the load accounts button isn’t working)
