I wouldn't think so but it's above my pay grade to be able to make those decisions. The factors that will play into the decision are:

  1. The person will need to receive a drop letter from VAM in order to be able to seek other representation.
  2. The only AFFF case that accepts thyroid disease at the moment is Firefighting Foam Thyroid Disease Only - Nations - Levinson - Shield Legal. We've been told before (multiple times with AFFF as well as other tort types) that we can't move leads from one campaign to another if the lead attorney is not consistent across the two campaigns. I presume there are legal and ethical issues tethered to selling PNC information to more than one firm.

We've had agents incorrectly sign 3 claimants for Northwell Sleep Centers. These three need to be credited per Cam as they do not meet criteria. I told Tony and Sobo too. We just found out this weekend that there's only 1 location. Sobo updated the criteria.

I just take the leads that the firms have requested replacements for and create a google sheet. The sheet always has the lead ID, lead created date, first name, last name, current status S1, whether or not the file met criteria at the the time of the e-sign and if the request was approved. The other columns depend on the case type and reason for the request. Usually I add a notes field at the end.
