Hey @Zekarias Haile I was wondering if you were able to look into a discrepancy between the TIP dashboard and the shield dashboard, specifically with the case type CA-Juvenile-Hall-Abuse-ACTS-Levinson(SJ)-Shield-Legal.

Greg was saying that there was a lead that was signed on 1/8/25 and it's showing on the firm's side, but not in the TIP dashboard.

@deleted-U07SBM5MB32 Upon my research I don't see that under signed and declined on those dates on TIP DB. See the signed and declined on 1/8/25 below.
