To update a test lead from the Tip Operations Dashboard v1.2 so that Billable Leads All Time tab doesn't show specific leads on there (since they are test leads), do I update the lead in PGadmin to make it "Signed & Declined" status and then save it and then move it back to test lead dispo to "Trigger" it to be removed from dashboard count? @here

I had ran the SQL query that we discussed today in training exactly twice. I made sure both had the same amount of case types and I took the values from BigQuery and inserted into my PGAdmin query. I made sure the dates are from feb 1 to feb 28th. I also included a "return" statement at the end of the query just so I can see which rows were affected. Otherwise it is the same query but with different contract revenue values and agent commission values. Sending you the exact same query for your reference as well @Ryan

Reason being is because of what we saw earlier ago this morning and because I did about 200 S1s from the morning til now and I ran the query to just get 3-5-2025 and then ran the query to go back to what I just did this morning and all of my changes are now gone π₯Ή Which I recall you stating that AWS code runs multiple times throughout the day which tells me it was ran and now those are reverting to back to where they were originally

Currently, James's NewFin table isn't properly filtering talk time and case types, so I'll be writing some SQL queries to manually verify and extract the correct data directly from the Five9 table in BigQuery, as I don't yet have Five9 login access. Later today, I'll connect with David K to review his process for pulling Five9 reports and to confirm dispositions, which should help streamline things going forward. Update: I am creating the SQL query to pull the talk time for five9 and I can see we have a bigquery dataset called five9source which then we have a table called callperleaddata.
The last time it was updated was in march 17th 2025.

From what I understand, if I create a dashboard in Looker Enterprise and want to share it with someone (without using something like a scheduled report), they would either need to be part of our organization or be added as a "viewer" in Looker, which would require a paid license that's billed monthly. Is that correct?
I ask since if other firms wants a dashboard to be built for them, Looker enterprise is more robust and has more features, etc compared to looker studio so I think Looker enterprise route may be better but I understand there might be some cost factor to it for those who are "outside" our organization I am assuming

Good morning team, Just wanted to share a quick update β a few days ago, I heard Flatirons was looking for someone to step into a BI (Business Intelligence Analyst) role focused on overseeing the Flatirons reconciliation along with other projects (coding, reconciling, dashboards, etc.). Since most of my coding work both now and prior to my current role has been Flatirons-related, I decided to take the leap and apply. Iβm excited to share that I received and accepted the offer! Iβll officially be joining the Shield Legal team around the middle of next month, alongside one more person theyβre planning to bring on (right now, Aidan seems to be the top candidate). @Ryan β I wanted to check in with you specifically since I know @Zekarias Haile handles most of the SL side and Iβve been supporting TIP. @Ryan Is it okay if I create new rows in TIP database for missing leads for signed & declines? In law ruler for CA Juv Hall Abuse - ACTS - DL Flatirons - Shield Legal it shows 14 signed and declines while in our database we only have 7. I included a screenshot of me looking for the 'other 7" which has no results
Also we are not off 3 for Ca Juv Hall. In the flatirons benchmark they separate the finals based off four status which makes 331 and in another cell value they include Signed e-Sign - Billable Declined by Firm and signed & decline all by itself. Which Signed e-Sign - Billable Declined by Firm is a billable status. So we got 334 because 3 are in Signed e-Sign - Billable Declined by Firm which Alan was not including those @Zekarias Haile FYI as well
@Zekarias Haile I created those leads and put them as signed & declines. They are from 2024 - 2023 so not sure if you need to update fields from your end for SL but sharing with you just in case.

Hey Ryan β quick update on the Five9 talk time piece. I had a query saved under BCL_Phone_Transfers_Call_Time in TIPβs project, but it looks like the table tort-intake-professionals:five9_source.call_per_lead_data is no longer available β getting a βnot foundβ error for that location.
I chatted with James and he pointed me to the correct table:
tort-intake-professionals.five9_source.five9_bulk_call_data_tabularv2,
which has the raw Five9 call time data. Iβm going to join that with Dustinβs lr_data (which refreshes hourly) to bring in the Law Ruler ID, case type, status, and talk time (in seconds).
Iβll dig into this first thing tomorrow and get it wrapped up, along with the VSS reconciliation. Apologies for the delay β I was originally trying to get this accomplished through the methods I had done last month but looks like that table isn't there anymore and we now have a table that is being updated so I shall build the SQL query so that next time around it would be much faster.
So my goal tomorrow will be to complete that and I will have the VSS reconciled (google sheets) & from there I think you and Zek will be good to go for your part

Hi Ryan. I am currently working on the total talk time as we speak. I created a neat powerquery in excel where I drop the .xlsx file of the total talk time and it now calculates it for me. I know the issue I had yesterday. I was getting like 03:00:00 instead of 291:22:04 which is the correct talk time. Sum() in excel was giving me sometimes one or the other but with powerquery and how I have it set up it will simply calculate it with the 291:22:04 time instead. I am currently testing out the SQL query to ensure it is pulling all the finals and the latest law ruler status and from there I can then update the talk time
For some odd reason I don't have the ring central talk time anymore (email) and not only that some of the weeks are asking for 03-31-2025 to 04-06-2025 (march and april month) and the report Nick W schedules to send me only gives me april #s only so the "talk time" will be less. I will see if Nick W can send me the talk time report for ring central on Monday to see if we can update those fields but for BLX - crump and shield legal those talk times I am going to work on getting it done today

I uploaded a hard copy of those reports in our google cloud bucket. Bucket is called eom-talk-time-reports-blx-bcl-shield-legal and I organized it based on year --> month --> bcl and shield legal folders which has the reports That way we can refer to them in the future if needed
Here is the SQL query that calculates BLX - BCL talk time and under neath that query is the S.L one for intakes
Monday I will ask Nick W to send me ring central report to update the talk time since I only have the talk time for april but two rows has some march and little bit of may but still part of "april" The weekly reports shows those rows.
Yesterday I complete the VSS reconciliation as well so that should be good to go

This lead ID is where the error occurs: 735315, I deleted it from the rawstatusreport table and re-running again. If it fails after this, I'll reload 5-28-2025 status report and see what happens.

Sure. I wonder if it is because of a "blank" field. I chatgpt the error code (copied and pasted) and it is saying the code is doing a for loop and when it hits a "null value" it is giving an error (or at least that is how I am interpretating it). I noticed case description was blank on one of the rows so I had added it in. I wonder if that should fix it. If not, I wonder if the code looks into cooper for the leadspedia info
Gotcha so I think there is either a value in leadspedia or in our pgadmin table that it isn't liking (such as a null value). (Based on my guess and research). Are we able to fill in values in leadspedia ?
Itβs pulling contract IDs those canβt be known. It also looks at both prices, maybe those are no? Send Mark Urra the case type names and let him check.

Ran lambdas this morning received same error with those two leads again. Remove them from status table then ran it again and lambdas timed out. Going to run it a third time which should do the trick

I do have a temp fix for that error which is to remove the rows, run lambdas and then readd the rows. But ultimately once I finish the EOM process I can dive more into that with Mark since I am juggling a few tasks as well for Flatirons

Hi Ryan, I had to tackle some flatirons fires but I am now working on the EOM for updating agent commissions and call center costs. I had ran a sql query to pull all the finals for shield legal for May and I pulled another report for SEC for May 2025 for secondary interview complete so I got the list of them to update. Which I can upload that file here if needed. But as I am looking at it, looks like for: Paraquat SEC - DL - ML - DiCello Levitt - iocasetypebillable_rate is zero value which I think Mal may need to update that right if we had sign ups for May?

In the morning I recalled there was two test leads and their name said test on it. I had put them as "Signed & DECLINED" to remove them from dashboard since integration put them into a final status. I ran the same o'l query I do every morning to remove test leads. I am not sure if this info helps (I do not recall the exact lead ID #s / case types since I update those really fast and SL shouldn't need to know that for their dashboard unless it is on SL dashboard then Zek will need to remove it)
I update the contract revenue, gross revenue and net_revenue for BG, DL and BCL for april. I double checked to ensure that and also checked if may is on there and it is. I noticed there is TIP CSP Fees - ACTS is that a fourth spreadsheet or same one as "DICELLO CLIENT SERVICES". I have three google spreadsheets which is DICELLO CLIENT SERVICES, Bailey glasser and ben crump but I don't have that one saved. @Ryan (that way I can ensure that gets updated next month)

Sorry to ask but just want to confirm I am not updating it wrongly, grossrevenue and netrevenue is calculated based on the CNX1 Horizontal-Outcome Call Time Calculator spreadsheet? Since the two fields grossrevenue and netrevenue I get those from that spreadsheet.
If that is the case, am I simply updating the excel formulas there to have talk time = 0 which would then give me the calculations for grossrevenue and netrevenue?
Weβre talking about public.financial_log table only, just like when you update the revenue rates and the agent commissions at the end of the month. The talk time minutes from Connex one and 59 should be added manually ongoing after this, but the talk time revenue should be set to zero for all Shield legal billable retainers.
Yes, I understand we're focusing only on the public.financial_log table for Shield Legal billable retainers. My main goal here is to clarify how exactly we're calculating the gross_revenue and net_revenue. Currently, I'm using the CNX1 Horizontal-Outcome Call Time Calculator Google spreadsheet, which calculates these revenues automatically once I input the necessary values.
Since I didn't originally build this spreadsheet, I'm trying to better grasp the underlying formula. Specifically, I'm referring to column R, labeled Case Review Call Revenue Per Row in FinLog, which currently uses a formula like N65 ** 2. Here, N65 represents the "Case Review Minutes," and I assume multiplying by 2 means we charge $2 per minute of talk time.
If I modify the formula by removing ** 2, leaving it as just N65, this change reflects minutes alone, not revenue. This adjustment would consequently update the Rev per Lead columns (gross_revenue and net_revenue) and the Minutes per e-Sign column (which aligns with talk_time_minutes).
Could you confirm if my understanding is correct? I am also attaching a screenshot of the SQL query that I normally use to update those values (an old one)
This spreadsheet is what I've been using to calculate gross_revenue and net_revenue. Typically, I just input the values, and the spreadsheet handles the calculations automatically.

Updated @Ryan. I got together with James and I see what you are referring too. I update talk time rev to zero and then I run that one SQL query where it has to be ran two times then it automatically calculates those two fields (grossrevenue and netrevenue)

Hey @Ryan I am working with Zek when it comes to adding all the DeMayo clients on there. We are reconciling the data in TIP's end and also in SL and we are updating the dates and customer, etc
Nancy from Flatirons mentioned to me she will need to report to Dave and others from Flatirons by Monday morning and within her report there is a flatirons dashboard she and others use. They would like to see all the DeMayo clients on there. We are reconciling that and including those. However the only issue would be 18 of them are BLX and Zek and I we don't do BLX
If that is the case can we temporary insert those into the dashboard for now and remove them or adjust them later on since we need to include that for them before monday for their report since we told them yes the dashboard will be ready before monday? (Also if you already have done the BLX for DeMayo they probably just not on there)
The way we would "temporary insert" is to include them into mediaRawv2 and we will keep of the idx_ids for those 18 and we can remove them later on if we have to do anything special since they are blx?
For now we shall place them there @Ryan and here is the list @Zekarias Haile. We can remove these later on if needed if there is a special process for blx however Flatirons stated they want to see them in the dashboard by Monday morning

@Zekarias Haile This lead: 709104 is going to be signed & decline soon (luis is going to change it) but I got tony approval for them to change it from warehouse to signed & decline due to client not signing the retainer but only the conflict waiver which triggered a false signed e-sign date. (Posting this as a future reference since we would need to ensure this matching SL database and flatirons dashboard)
@Zekarias Haile I found what the issues are for all of them, let's get together tomorrow to ensure tip database, sl database and flatirons dashboard all matches since I let Nancy from flatirons know we will have them fixed. i think there are only 4 for us to fix

No, just know that your morning routine of doing declines needs to go back to December 1, 2023 to ensure Flatirons are always accounted for. And that doing declines in the AM is key as we need "Yesterday" to be true ASAP each day.
@Zekarias Haile, Brittany's team stopped doing the old SL to old TIP AWS reconciliation, that will be enforced as a MUST do each day like we did for years but if fell off earlier in the summer. They stopped doing it. That has casued this issue of poor reconciliation. So starting in August 2025, we'll need every case type reconciled, all the way back to December 2023.
Oh okay. I mean does the report I get in the morning goes back to Dec 1 2023? Because if it does then I think that should solve the problem

@Zekarias Haile, I'm rerunning 8-26-2025 JUST in case some where declined at 2:30 AM and made active e-signed this morning. Keep plucking the leadIDs from Page 0 for differences though. Just doing a triple check on my side.
@Zekarias Haile @deleted-U06C7A8PVLJ, what caused the 15 deals from the 2025-08-25 to not be in financial_log when Real Time BI (Page 0) showed 144 versus our 129?
@Ryan Some of the leads were re-triggered yesterday (8-26) as a result the signed date on fin_log was showing 8-26. But when I checked the LR activity log the earliest sign in is 8-25 so I moved them to 8-25 on the database for data integrity purposes
