I know her and she will want it “perfect” before getting your opinion but I kind of am the opposite where pitch first to gauge barriers/strengths then perfect a proposal framework if there is something “there”. I am meeting with Global Policy Director at Tik Tok next week in Berlin to present them the reasons to change the policy to allow ads involving sexual abuse against minors (ie Juv abuse etc cases). Would you be able to write a summary for me that I can use in a power point presentation that explains/bullet points how justice for these victims impacts their lives? I would like to talk about the process and potential healing/closure as well as compensation aspects. Doesnt need to be anything too long but I would value your feedback on this! Hi Cam -- quick guidance request... the client we spoke about in person w. sobo when you were in town last... (the dual sign hiccup caused by Levy Konigsberg -- where we signed the client under AZ DL). The client is contacting me for an update on her case. Has DL sent a declination letter? Would it be appropriate to send Nico an email and CC you on it saying this client was discovered as a dual sign and we need to disengage? Meadow is aware the client was dual signed and that theirs was "pre-existing" however when they asked for the other firms name i said I was unable to share that. Meadow will handle the client being aware of their representing firm but wanted me to make sure the other firm is sending a declination letter. Additionally how would you want this reflected in law ruler - status wise? Currently...the client has 2 files in our system... an intake under DL AZ, and a secondary completed under DL AZ. I need to create a secondary file for the client under AZ Meadow sec and transfer that data into the new secondary. Given the parties involved and the sensitivity of the campaign for the client I wanted to be sure this was done exactly how you would do it.

There’s this underground survivor led troubled teen industry support nonprofit based in CA that is really organized and does a ton for that population, so huge connector, they have an attorney directory list of verified lawyers they refer to. There’s only a few and nobody super big….. see if you can push one of ours to go through the process. Hi Cam - can I please send the backpage secondary to Pride for their review and modifications if requested? I would like to get the campaign worked on and live Monday. We have 327 PLF signed ones. All VSS were trained on the campaign with context and best practices for this population on Wednesday.
