I hope the day is going well, sir. We have a new VSS that started. Previously they were assigned to either BG or ACTS, but I know that is going away. I am not sure the best way to proceed. Should we set her up with a TIP email and RingCentral account? Or, should we set her up with one of the firms and port her over with the others? Currently BG has 4 VSS and ACTS has 3.

@Michael Brunet @deleted-U067A4KAB9U yesterday the DL team was goofing off not working and chatting for over 1.5 hours, both in day and afternoon. Someone needs to be on them daily, hourly. We need longer shifts asap. I need you both to ensure people are working, there is so much to do it is insane to me that they are twiddling their thumbs. We need to have serious discussion today on this and VSS plan.

We’re in the middle of a situation right now with VSS. Per Shellie sending both Lisa & Allie home until Monday when Shellie is back. Monday we will adress with Lisa both this incident & work performance/volume.

Hello Cam,

I will definitely get on them about being too chatty. We are kind of in a holding pattern as far as work goes. We are waiting on Damon's team to add the CPAP, Hair Relaxer and AFFF questionnaires to law ruler to conduct interviews.

We are still making dentity calls and trying to reach people for second interviews that have been difficult to reach.

Due to their bandwidth, I have two CSPs entering the medical record data that JP has been sending us.
