Craig, we got a case sent over for Matthew Wiggins. He indicates that he has another lawsuit against Deveau and he is represented by cornerstone legal group. We are going to decline and tell him to contact them because same form should handle both. Just want to prevent future retention of similar cases. - Brad Lakin

Andy and Tony - Below is email from Lakin on their PA campaign with AFG. This has happened a time or two before. How can we avoid this moving forward?

This case came in last night, 24-0329 - Tywan Saunders-David. The client just texted me โ€œHi you doing today Ariel I had a appointment scheduled phone call at 11 and no one ever called me. I just was letting you knowโ€.

Brad, I am assuming this was one of the secondary Victim Support Specialist calls that shield explained to us. My concerns are that the intake form does not mention that they had another call scheduled with him and the call was missed.

We do cover this in our quality assurance call if it is a live call. Also if during business hours we transfer them to one of our call managers and they schedule the call for them. I am happy to research this case in more detail if you give me the name but I am thinking that there was a call but the client just missed it. If you hear from the firm about someone expecting a call please send to alan and I and we can make sure some reaches out to them to complete the interview.

@Tony Jones Tony, thanks for your reply. The name of the client is Tywan Sanders-David. I think what Lakin firm is telling us is this. Two or three times a client has called them after they thought they had a scheduled call with the firm. Lakin is asking if the client is confusing a call from the firm with a secondary call from our call center. Either way, the client was waiting for a call at a specific time and did not hear from anyone. Lakin wants you to make sure this doesnโ€™t happen again.
