@deleted-U04HFGHL4RW @deleted-U05EFH3S2TA As you know we are doing a VAN ONLY Chowchilla campaign where her firm is doing these cases directly (Not involving ACTS). @Ralecia Marks and team will need to start doing the long form interviews immediately.

The process should be exactly followed that we are doing for the Juv abuse cases, whereby any and all VSS team can be engaged to complete the work. For the claimants already signed, we should get these scheduled immediately for get the secondary interviews, then we can integrate the process to immediately transfer o schedule the VSS interview using the call managers.

@deleted-U055HQT39PC Attached is the template and a sample Chowchilla that Ralecia provided. Please get this clones and set up in VAN account so that we can start doing these immediately.
