Hi @Cameron Rentch, just to echo what Itay said. We are trying to understand if this is a verification issue of the new account setup. We are already in an open investigation with product and with policy to understand this and to overturn this. I apologize for this. My assumption is that the move from an agency account to direct of mass amount had different verification requirements that created a product glitch or policy error glitch. This was escalated to every product and policy team relevant.

Hi Guys, just to explain. No bug and no issues - the move from prepay to invoices paused the activity - similar to the process of moving accounts, That is the cause of it all. Very frustrating since we werent aware but this is the scenario.
We were just updated on that since it is a very specific change. In any case - all is in motion. Depo is still under policy check-up and we are awaiting support there ASAP.

Hi @Cameron Rentch @Yan Ashrapov We want to update that Q4 S+ incentives from our product team have been distributed to ad accounts NEC and Paraquat as Yan suggested. Total incentive amount: $159,686 After a long discussion, the product team decided to calculate the incentives based advertiser account (3M account) and capped at $50k each (see calculation in the screenshot) I want to emphasis that it's the highest amount incentive our product team has even distributed to one advertiser for 1 test. We wish it can support Shield in testing more most advanced TT products and really achieve success on the platform.
On another note, we would love to push forward the Lead Quality Optimization test with CRM events postback. As most of other accounts have launched the test, we wish Shield will be ready to join soon.

We have some update regarding the depo provera test: for the CRM event postbacks, because Shield is postbacking custom events, the account requires special support from the engineer team. The earliest date we can get an engineer on Shield's account will be Mar 18th, meaning only on Mar 18th we can start CRM postback test. The original test plan for depo consists 3 tests: 1) Smart+ different bidding strategies split test; 2) always-on campaign performance stability; 3) CRM event postback. I would suggest to anyway kickoff the planned test for now in order to get more system learning of the CRM events, therefore on Mar 18th, when the CRM postback test starts, we will already have sufficient system learning, and the test will be smoothier.
To summarize, my suggestion:

Annual Incentive - Global Key Accounts - Tiering โข Tier 1 - $11.3M -> 2% = $226,000 โข Tier 2 - $13.5M -> 2.5% = $337,500 โข Tier 3 - $14.5M -> 3% = $435,000 โข Tier 4 - $18M -> 3.5% = $630,000 Starting from Tier 2 and up: On top of this, you will need to decide on a "goal" target (tier) and based on that, you'll receive an additional 2% of that goal target if we sign before 31 March. On top of that you will be eligible to receive an additional 2% if we reach 46% of the deal in H1. Example: +2% of $13.5M if signed before March 31 ($270K) +2% of $13.5M if reached $6.5M in Lead Ads before July 31 ($270K) -> 46% of the deal made in H1K Example payout scenario: Shield Legal reach Tier 2 + Sign JBP before 31 March + reach $6.5M in Lead Ads before July 31 Payout: $337,500 + $270,000 + $270,000 = $877,500 Quarter Weight - 25% per quarter Example: If 25% per quarter - 13.5M * 25% = $3,375,000 Payout examples: In Q1 Shield reaches Tier1 = YTD spend * 2% In Q2 Shield reach Tier 3 = YTD spend * 3% - Q1 payout In Q3 Shield stop and reach nothing = No payout as we overpaid In Q4 Shield accelerate and reach Tier 2 = 2025 revenue * 2.5% - Q1 payout - Q2 payout - Q3 payout (equal to 0 in example)

She has done an investigation on user reports and recommended to close/remove the following account [ML-ShieldLegal-NEC - 7354452441636683777] This because this account is generating a lot of user reports and is affecting the overall account health and is limiting the option to improve it.
She mentioned that this should have an affect on the overall rejections on your wider activity.

Be aware that there's also a possibility that risk team will close the account due to the high number of reports.
Eventually, we are in a situation that is not ideal. In order to get out of it asap, I highly recommend following the steps provided by Stav.
Thanks @deleted-U05G9BHC4GY. @Cameron Rentch @Yan Ashrapov We will need to launch a new activity for NEC in a new account in order to really ensure the overall account health for Shield - this should prevent rejections due to the reduction of open user reports and will basically get Risk of our back. We understand the learning in NEC but this is the best way for us to get off the radar and resume streamline activity across all torts and verticals.
You will receive shortly a written action plan from our premium policy team on this and additional tips in order to ensure our overall account health. We are with you and this will be resolved shortly.

Let's alert whomever that we need to in order to cancel that transfer so we won't get a repeat of what happened with NSCup test ad credits. Of course, we will keep you updated with any other development regarding NEC.
In addition to that, please see attached the compliance action plan as discussed on our call. This plan is coordinated and led by Stav working closely with the risk team.

@deleted-U05G9BHC4GY I'm an admin and there's no owner option, so I figure admin should suffice unless I'm missing something. Secondly, if admin is applicable - can't click on the right side, image not clickable. On the left side, going to BC level 'user settings'.
I can click the on my 'user profile' on the left upper corner (Not right as suggested). Then, it just goes to BC level stuff: personal info, data security, account security and notifications.
Okay just got message from Stav confirming with me that the account is not connected anymore so we're good to go! This will increase your account health significantly๐:skintone3:

Hi @Cameron Rentch @Yan Ashrapov I submitted a ticket to expedite the ad review. It happens sometimes when big seasonality (July 4th) is coming that too many ads wait to be alive. Should be solved in less than 4 hrs.
Hi @Yan Ashrapov the ticket replied 12 hrs ago that the ad group is in review pipeline but nothing has moved forward since then. I have opened another ticket and asked policy to check if it's stuck from their side. Hope it will be released soon.
