Ok when you are back I need you to confirm for me the following:

In both accounts, go into RIZZ, create a new project or click on a project, then tap on the upper right "Quick Mode" - the old videos should appear there. If you can confirm you see them. On both accounts that would be good.

Regarding the other videos from existing catalog, I am now checking why nothing it shown.
