Then we'll create the ETO case type and intake form. We would just need confirmation on the criteria, retainer, and HIPAA. This is what I received from Desiree for ETO, we'll use this intake template. The Wood Pellet intake packet is the same so that intake form should be fine.

@here I reviewed the intake form for Wood Pellets and i see no mention of ETO in it. I've attached it here but i think we're safe to use it.
