Good morning Ryan! The BCL mailbox is full, so clients are not able to leave voicemails; is there a way to fix this?

We received this yesterday. However, we are running a few test calls because I was able to leave a voicemail when I called from my personal phone, but it may be a different issue with CTM.
We have not been receiving transfers from TIP or any of the direct calls. We are now running a test call/transfer with one of the TIP agents to try to resolve this.

We are not receiving any calls. It's going straight to voicemail when TIP tries to transfer and when anyone directly calls.
