Hey Mike! On the Brandlytics website, a lot of the images aren't loading. I'm looking at the site in the backend of Wordpress to see if I notice anything but have you noticed anything off on your end for the site. This is the message I received below from Ryan:

"Mark noticed the Brandlytics website inside of WordPress has an issue, he can’t even edit the pages in Beaver builder. Can you check on it and see what’s up, Korbin said some of the images weren’t showing and I don’t know if we got malware"

So the backstory is that David Evan needs a separate email where he can manage private dinner invitations for Shield and Andy. Right now I'm getting them because my email is attached to those invitations because I create them under my Shield account, but he manages them. So we'd like to get an email for him if that's possible so I can detach my email from his dinner invitations. we're looking for something like events@shield-legal.com. No last week while I was out they told Adrienne they wanted it live today. And I will take responsibility for not letting you know earlier. We had a meeting with them and told them today we cant push it live because we're missing info on their end for their conference. Which we are presenting the new site along with marketing. But they want it live today for sure.

the issue, from the tech side, is the server the site is currently on has reached end of life, and needs to be moved to new hardware. i've been working on upgrading and migrating all of our sites the past couple weeks

I'm using information Mark sent me a while back. He did mention a site he was creating had the same issue as well. Entries are being saved to Gravity Forms >entries and they're being sent to Mailchimp, but I'm just not getting the physical email in my inbox.

Hey LaToya. sorry for the delay, been running non-stop. google changed how authentication is handled, which is why the emails aren't sending. I've known about it for a little while, but to the best of my knowledge it hasn't been an issue previously, and tbh I just haven't had time to mess with it.

No worries. I know you're busy. 🙂 I just need the capability to have emails sent from the website again. The site was able to do that previously. Entries are being logged in the Gravity Forms plugin and I checked that but just not receiving emails from the website anymore. Certain forms get sent to different people on the board of Shades of Mass. I can sent them manually if any come through for now but wanted keep you in the loop.

I don't think it's hostile. I had a meeting with Steven about updates to the website since they're not doing criminal law. Below is what Steven sent to Andy and I.

"Hey Andy- I just had a quick meeting with LaToya concerning the website. I am not sure if we had billing issues or communication issues, but the website has been very stagnant. Can we have a call this week to catch up ?"

Hey Mike, do you still have access to Shades of Mass's domain? I'm curious if they created their email addresses through GoDaddy. I ask because Fu from SOM asked about sending blast emails from Mailchimp with the following email addresses (they don't exist currently):

  1. fu@shadesofmass.org
  2. ben@shadesofmass.org
  3. larry@shadesofmass.org I know they have info@shadesofmass.org and conference@shadesofmass.org but I don't know who it's through (Gmail, Microsoft, etc.). I was wondering if you have access to create new email addresses? I need to verify the email addresses (1-3 above) in Mailchimp in order to send out email campaigns from those email addresses. They want them to feel personal rather than us sending them from info@shadesofmass.org.
