@here Dropping this update here, but it is the same as the email I just sent... Dwight has been testing the Outlook connector to MPA this morning. It will require that every MPA flow be modified before it can be put to use (which we knew would be the case). The call with Microsoft got cut short on their side and the make-up session isn't until next Wednesday.

As for the continued use of MPA and the additional profiles, our test leads are not sending in a timely fashion this morning on the existing profiles. This is not a limit issue with MPA and there doesn't seem to be a pattern in the latency. The team is getting the email copy of the test leads, but the flow in MPA won't fire right away. We will continue to monitor.

Separate issue...it was reported by DMA that they are not getting their leads pushed. They are seeing signed statuses in their dashboard, but are not getting the final leads. MPA is running and shows the sends are successful. This is still being evaluated as far as if it is happening to more clients or just Miller and what the fix might be for any/all.

We'll be aggressive with the Outlook connector setup, but it isn't efficient since it is new for everyone. Once the configuration changes are determined, the team is going to record the process for each client CRM-type as a model for reference. If any IT resources have experience with this and can get their hands in, that would be fine and appreciated.
