Hi Michael. I did not create her account, Joe did. If Joe doesn't have the password then the best I can do is reset it. I have to have a support ticket for that kind of request though, so I'll need you or someone to open one please.

I'm about to send you an account activation email for the help desk. Once you're logged in just click the button labeled "Submit a Ticket" in the top right corner, and then choose "Accounts > Reset Password"
