Hi @Cameron Rentch and @Andy Rogers, I'm Looking for some clarity. If Adrienne is handling all of the Shades of Mass accounts, does that also include social media? Melanie currently handles the Shades of Mass social media. Are we moving that all to Adrienne?
@Cameron Rentch @deleted-U05DY7UGM2L my preference is that Adrienne has it all. I do not want her delegating to Melanie and then riding Melanie like she already is. I got a call from Melanie this morning in tears about how she feels from Adrienne.
@Andy Rogers @deleted-U05DY7UGM2L Melanie can actually do the physical posting of it. Adrienne needs to understand her boundaries. It needs to be clearly explained that Melanie does an OT report to her.
Adrienne just needs to manage the account and have everything organized and specifically prepared in project plans. She shouldn’t even have to talk with Melanie aside from a weekly check-in of some type
Adreann is responsible for managing anything that is needed from the shades of mass team and putting everything in project plans so that individual people that need to carry out specific tasks are able to accomplish them, whether that is content development which goes to KELLY, or social media posting which goes to Melanie, or website development issues, which go to Latoya or Mark Hines
You all need to make sure you clearly reiterate to her. None of these people report to her she does not bark orders at people.

@Andy Rogers @Cameron Rentch Adrienne's looks great. The line under Project Management and Organization: "Create and distribute clear task assignments to relevant team members" sounds like delegating assignments to the team and this is how Adrienne will interpret it. We should mention that as an example when going over the "Important Notes" section that it is not her delegating work, just distributing the assignments.

Team members need to be able to access assets, clearly understand project plans and proposed deadlines in order for them to independently carry out their job duties in their respective positions.

@Cameron Rentch Nsay will set him for a gross salary in Paylocity for $1250.00 bi-weekly and then deduct 2500.00 from his monthly commission. Just making sure I word this right on his new agreement.

Melanie is 100% in the right here but I am sensitive to the fact that Adrienne will pitch a giant fit. Perhaps I have the meeting with Shellie involved but I would like to clarify with you exactly what I am going to do. It is about Shades of Mass. I have already spoken with Melanie and I was attacked by Adrienne so this is why I am reaching out.
