Hey Samantha! I reviewed all of these and they all are in the same boat. If you look at the activity log ALL 4 files were marked "NO" before sending e-sign. I'll speak with LR and data guys to see what's up. Thank you for bringing that to my attention. 🤓

I looked in the activity log for this one and NO was selected, however, the drop down for the X was not touched, which is what physically transfers to the form. I selected it, so the activity log should show something like this when the X is selected.
