under brittany's direction we're automating a number of the manual audits and reports done by this group. We already have one for CPAP and one for NEC heading for Hair Relaxer and Paraquat next....brittany gave use the .exe....my guess is she doesn't have the source code. Is that on the website too?

No. I'm been assigned to create a an automated daily task that receives spreadsheets fromLaw Ruler to my email and I have a Chrome addin that spots those emails and passes those attachments to this folder. The the program will run to populate the output Google sheet.

While much of the data comes from law ruler there are a few fields that need to come from the database....the program I wrote handles that population. As for the night before....that would be a Brittany thing...

You should not need a Oauth json file. Use Application Default Credentials, it does not require any json files: https://cloud.google.com/docs/authentication/application-default-credentials Are you trying to download the credentials.json for the service account @deleted-U072JS2NHRQ uses?
