For LR, we only have two fields to check. Status where e-sign, or declines, or opt out etc, and the medical records ordered/validated field once I confirm. Any other fields of the ones you create in the file, I feel like you should know this.

No, you want that field to make sure their "still the signed e-sign statuses" because "even after medical records are ordered the law firm could decline them" @Korbin
So you would use DLGProgress or from the upload file column called "Status" in your entire Action Group @Korbin

@Korbin, setup Zapier for Craigslist and the Brandlytics collectors as normal. Once that is ready, then test the lead from the webpage, into CTM, fill out a survey and make sure it shows up in HubSpot.
After that @Korbin, look in Leadspedia for your test form submission in the Focus Groups vertical, and create a Contract with a Lead sale type (not - Contract, but - Lead) like the old FLS campaign you once did before. And you can not bother having even an email delivery, we just want it sold to "count" for the XLS.

You got to set up the email delivery for it to finish, read your disposition careful on those leads. And remember the email only goes to alerts for us to count them, not to any client email please set those up and manually sell them.

If you don’t have the delivery method set up in the contract for the emails, they won’t sell. Look at the unsold lead and read the disposition messages very carefully and see what it says, and let me know.

Someone went in to the Flatirons visual automation and removed the yes/ no branch's along with changing the "timeline" for the emails to arrive over a certain period to the list leads....
I tried looking through the audit log but it only shows who enables and disables the workflow.
If we want to continue to automate those emails I will have to rebuild.
Something strange I noticed as well was when whomever deleted the yes/ no conditions also made the workflow repeatable to contacts who already received an email.

I have no explanation for this besides that SharpSpring sent the guy a CLJ email while being in the Flatirons automation. @Ryan
@Korbin, confirm issue with support, then we can confirm. But you need to make sure ANY automation has the filters necessary to exclude. Reply into email and let them know you are investigating with Support since he was on the Flatirons list and not a part of the list Kim sends you. Expecting another SharpSpring issue.

The main changes that were made that helped boost our work for the clients was the reduction of 3rd party "parasite" content.
Because we use organic content that is non-spam related it pushed up our rankings due to content removal from the overall search rankings.

Third-party content produced primarily for ranking purposes and without close oversight of a website owner will be considered spam. Google used the example of a third party publishing payday loan reviews on a trusted educational website.
Some SEOs refer to this practice as “parasite SEO.”
