Hi. @deleted-U069G4WMMD4, here is the link to the PFAS page Ryan mentioned in the email. If you and @deleted-U05CTUBCP7E can review it and give me feedback if it will work for you, https://nationwidejusticeassistance.com/pfas-water-contamination-cases/
This one is more specific to a different kind of PFAS lawsuit. The one we are launching is around 3M’s PFAS contamination. https://pfas.3m.com/Announcement062223
@Adrienne Hester, I just reviewed it; the questions on the web form are fine. However, Ryan does need to provide the correct PFAS case information for a landing page.
@deleted-U05CTUBCP7E @deleted-U069G4WMMD4 Ryan said our page is consumer-focused, not city-employee-focused. We can create it for you. To confirm, is this for consumers, residents, or city employees? We can talk about this on the call tomorrow, too, so we are all on the same page.
@deleted-U069G4WMMD4 I'll bring it up on the call so everyone can hear it.
Based on our meeting yesterday, I've created the following questions for the landing page
• Are you a city employee, staff member, or representative? • What city do you work for or represent? • Are you aware of any PFAS issues in your city? • Year you first learned about the PFAS issues? • Have any companies reached out to your city to discuss PFAS? • Do you have a lawyer for your case already? • Name • City Title/Position • Email • Phone • Tell us more about your situation
The most important questions for us that need answers are: Have you had a PFAS hit? What was you PFAS #? What is the flow rate for your water system? What is the name of the water system under your jurisdiction?
@deleted-U069G4WMMD4, these appear to be additional questions to add. I feel a disconnect. Quick huddle if you're available?
@deleted-U069G4WMMD4 @deleted-U05CTUBCP7E, hi. Do you have a HIPPA doc for PFAS that you can drop here, please?
@deleted-U069G4WMMD4 @deleted-U05CTUBCP7E we are live on the organic pages.
