A VSS entering an ACTS case stated the long form interview questions are not coming up in Law Ruler.

The CSPs that are adding the medical records to Monday and LR noticed there is no place to notate a record was received, so they just adding it as a note

@deleted-U067A4KAB9U I don't know how the questions are not appearing. Can you give more information? There should be a question that says "Medical Records Received" and then a date follow up question if they answer yes. Which case type are they not appearing in?

@deleted-U067A4KAB9U Morning Vernon. Going forward I just want to confirm that your team will continue to enter the benchmark data for the medical records received each day? This process seems to make the most sense. JP emails it each morning.

I thought yesterday you said after the big rush your team would enter the medical records received each daily. Why do you think it makes most sense?

I was considering having the medical records team do it, but after thinking it through, I feel it is better suited for the CSP team. Having to worry about this process will reduce the efficiency of the MR team and the CSP team can more easily accommodate it.
