@Andy Rogers can you get a report of signed claimants that ACTS forwarded us to perform the secondary interviews that we had ALREADY retained including the date we rec'd from them, as well as the date of original e-sign from us. @Cameron Rentch We received the first duplicate on Monday 3-3, so we caught this early. I have attached the information on the two claimants that we had already retained for ACTS and the copy of both retainers.
@Cameron Rentch We received an intake for Keri Ward from Intake Dynamics for ACTS law. We has signed & declined this claimant for no sexual abuse on 1-15-2025. Today we received the new intake to complete a second interview. However I noticed something concerning in the information provided by Intake Dynamics. The Claimant was describing the abuse, then states "there's more, but Ill explain over the phone or in person" Are they conducting an initial Intake or simply having a form populated? If they spoke with the claimant, why would the intake state that?
Levy + konigsberg was doing the same for AZ YRTC for meadows intakes.

I only see 6 completed interviews so far, is this accurate? Also I need a cadence plan so we have targeted numbers to project for weekly produiction. Please let me know. Thank you

No, it isn't accurate. Pulling report now. Plan moving forward is -- I have our Sr Paralegal more free now because NH Portal is closing. She is dedicated to focusing on this campaign. I have 5 people doing the campaign VSS wise but they are bogged down w. other campaigns. I am going to have a training w. the screeners who are qualifying leads because they are passing leads through that are vastly out of criteria purely because they are screening very "cautiously". I am also training and bringing on 2 trusted quality inbound agents to attack this multifacetedly. To be honest, its going slower than I would like purely because of the quality of the leads. Incomplete, minimal info, it's a very walking in blind situation, even for me doing the interviews. I think this has been a slow start, but now everybody is more familiar with the template, etc so we should pick up.

Is this repot up[dated and accurate now? Also, what are our targets on completing interviews each week?
Yes, it is correct. This does not take into account the ones pending documentation or under review (5). Those will be changed to complete before the AWD meeting. Once I have inbound up and running Monday I anticipate realistically 30-40 a week. Out of 1230 leads realistically 400 should make it to secondary. I would like this 3PL campaign wrapped up by Aug 1st.
I think everybody is being overly cautious but we cannot make a strong case out a weak one so I need screeners and everybody to tighten up and not just auto qualify. We are on it.
We can run through them if the intent is to push new campaign. if itโs a balance for new vs billables for completions I think the target is realistic.
