Hi Craig! Here's the internal template i created for slack. It could do for external as well. The only downside is slack canvases don't really save, so you'd have to make a copy and rename it to make sure things don't change. that's annoying. I'm looking into workflows as well. I would not want this to be sent at the same time because it might slow down them signing the agreement. Hope that makes sense. But I love this!

The retainer/intake docs are 43 pages. It came up before and the firm wanted the doc to be that long. I just want to double check with you to make sure that's the case or see if we can shorten it in any way.
Ok.... I did some digging. the request for API was on just the Lakin/AFG/Levinson setup BUT Cam says "API integration required with Lakin for ALL"
so it was missed in the setup for just lakin because it was on a previous campaign. I'll see if i can figure out how to put it where we know they always get integration.
so i have a Lakin related question for you - I need to bill for the VSS services with the PA Juv Hall matter. Is that going to Lakin or AFG? They've both made payments on it. I'm assuming lakin.

hi @Craig Smith right now it's the one marked "All Finals". That means they've been sent to the firm. "Matches Dashboard" included Flagged and QA WIP - these haven't been sent yet because they are in quality review. The "combined" table is everything final + what we've declined.

For neuman it’s live and we’ve had a signup. I think lakin is paused in leadspedia so the team can work through leads. We mentioned it to cam. It had a ton of leads to work through.

Both. You can double check, but Lakin as like $110k left. The other with (Lakin/AFG/Levinson) has about $50k left. Just be sure NOT to go over on either.

I do not. I think they'll probably need to review and see if there are any that they reject.
@Malissa follow-up question then. The last report shows 308 contracts. Does that include any returns they would have submitted along the way, or no?
No if they declined any, we would have marked it declined by firm and it wouldn't be in the report. Same with any we decline. So that report only shows e-sign finals.
There might be a WIP or QA in there but it just means there are some follow up questions on our end

Check with Cam and let him know that Sean didn't get his gift. Only Scott's name was on the list i had but it was for an office contact. Maybe Scott likes wine lol. Or just one bottle was sent. I'm sure we can get another sent out?
