That part doesnβt need to show up on the invoice. It was just to let everyone know the firm is referring their AFFF cases to ELG, which is a litigating law firm (Environmental Litigation Group).
My dog is getting an allergy shot so I should have that invoice done around 5ish. Maybe sooner. :)

I am going to add a Renewed column to the order pipeline i think. let me know your thoughts. like you, i want to get us using copper as much as possible since everything is there. π
I'm not sure if anything from the Sales Pipeline needs to be moved to Archived...since it is already a true reflection of the sales process as it is. It makes sense to me to move opportunities in the Order Pipeline to Archived...just to clean up that pipeline dashboard.
As for renewals, we should be entering Renewals as a new Opportunity within the Sales Pipeline with a Campaign Type of Campaign Renewal. This is different than what people that have been here a while have been doing. It's my understanding they were just going back to the original deals and increasing the spend amount.
In an effort to keep track of sales from MY perspective, it makes more sense to enter a renewal as a separate opportunity (like I mentioned above) so I can see how many renewals each campaign has seen.

That all makes perfect sense and I agree with you on renewals. We should enter them as their own thing so we can keep up with them. And they have just been adding to the existing campaigns. I feel like that has to make it much harder to accurately track.
Plus, Once I tag a closed deal as WON, it automatically moves it to the Order Pipeline. I'm not sure if you are already aware of this...but it's something I worked with Ryan and the Copper developers to create...simply to ensure the information is getting to the right places. That said, ultimately all the retainer documents, email distro lists, integration details, etc. should already be on the opportunity before it is moved to WON.
Thatβs cool that it automatically does that. And yes those documents should be in there as it makes sense. Itβs a great tool now that I see it all. Thank you! We just have to get others to use it the same way. :)

The renewal will have the new count on it. It should ultimately (just like the original order) have the average cost per retainer, total budget and number of retainers.

Not the same campaign. That's what makes this so frustrating. That campaign has been active the entire time the Walsh only campaign has been dark. Those cases are being signed and referred to Walsh, so she sees that it's active and her campaign is not.
Andy is probably also messaging Cam. Cam told him it was going back on yesterday.

It doesn't have Ibrahim in it. It's got Motley Rice instead. Just needs to be updated. Cam caught it pretty fast.

That PDF document includes all the other documents.

I'm not sure if this will integrate with Copper, but it sure would be nice to have one of these completed forms push data into a new Opportunity in Copper. That said, Craig and Greg don't even have access to Copper, so maybe this is just all a dream!!!

However, Cameron always removes my email address from the list and tells the team to use the Shield Distro list. I'm not sure if we have ever used the perp's name in the case type, but with this one it might make sense. The last one I did was Cumberland (which is the hospital name) but in this case the doctor has worked at several facilities, so I don't want to limit it to the facility name.
