hey guys, my CPAP TIKTOK form has the wrong (Caleb’s) S1 tag set on it. The correct s1 should be S1=PL-TiktokMB-JACMP-CpapForm001, can we please get this fixed asap? thanks!

I am working on the Form Integration for Hair Relaxer | Tiktok | Form 01 | Jack and I noticed that these two fields in the Vertical Fields Channel do not have the proper corresponding Mapping Fields availble to select in Zapier.

hmm, im not too sure about the ip_address field, its not something i create a form field for. As for diagnosed after 2010, it doesnt look like we are currently asking for that field on our form. I dont see it on the landing page and i also dont see it populating on any of the leads we’ve already generated for it.

hey guys @Mike @Dwight Thomas, im having some issues with my zap Afff | Tiktok | Form 29 | Jack. Im showing 14 leads on my tiktok dashboard over the last 3 days, but only seeing 3 zaps run (1 per day).. I have looked myself and can’t understand why this is happening as things look like they are set up correctly. Any chance you can try and dig into this for me and see if there may be any issues?

Actually, this is the result that is to be expected. The test date that’s mean, entered into Leadspedia triggers a rejection.
